Good sized room and bathroom. Good location a few miles out of Exeter not far from airport and that was reason for picking this place. A bit misled by info. Its a b&b not a hotel (and doesn't have the Hotel name up outside, just a Arlington Hillside b&b sign). Kept waiting outside quite a long time for door to be answered - indeed went away and came back because of no answer. Electronic keypads on doors (no keys or keycards). Breakfast - almost none-existent continental style only (bread/cereal/cake/yoghurt/juice) and no proper crockery (paper cups, plates etc) and no personal service. Not great value for money. (Ok if you want to bring your own food - fridge and microwave there - but "breakfast" part of b&b not really there, so room price high by comparison with hotels).

Cleanliness. Comfort. Relaxed atmosphere. I stayed three nights and would stay here again. There's plenty of continental-style breakfast food available. Traffic noise but something you get used to. Paper plates and cups, although not really a bad thing but if you prefer conventional crockery it is best to take your own.
