Staff are very friendly and helpful room was clean and very comfortable
Room is vey clean and modern. Breakfast is delicious.
Friendly welcome and in easy walking distance of the city. Very comfortable bed.
Bathroom( for my use only) was down a few stairs and not next door to the bedroom as I thought it would be. Breakfast was ok, but had to ask for more baked beans as first ones were cold!! Parking along road, but what to do if unable to find a space?
Friendly & welcoming staff Good, central location Good choice of breakfast options
Private bathroom was out of the room, across the hall & down stairs Parking is simply on-street & the street is very busy so had to park couple of streets away Wi-Fi switched off after 10pm without any warning
Wifi之前一直没有联上。但由于我没有找店主来调过，一晚上出去看月亮了，所以也不能肯定地说一定会联不- 上。早上离店时显示为已联了，我因为急着赶车，没试。the only reason I write so much is the bookings as me to write 200 character minimum or I could not finish the rating. why should I write so long when I have barely anything to complain. Yet the wifi might be poor.
-Friendly staff -Central location -Good facilities, mint condition -Very clean
Not the best value for money
Nice, clean and friendly place, close to the action. Breakfast was amazing!
Rooms a bit outdated.
Warm welcome; Location near town center; Parking place near B&B;
Was okay, nothing special. Would use again if place across street is full.
The location of the B&B is very nice, only a couple of minutes to the city centre, a supermarket is near by, even the train station and the bus station can be reached in a leisurely 10 minutes walk. The room itself was simple, but clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was freshly made everyday and a light breakfast was provided the day I left early on a tour.
I arrived later than planned due to a train accident and a full day of travelling and the first thing I was asked upon my arrival was to provide my credit card. Maybe just a bit of a wrong timing...
Friendliness of owner Good breakfast Easy to work shower
Nothing really our room was adequate for the one night and we both slept well
Location and breakfast were good.
The interior needs renovating and the front door needs cleaning (where people push it to open it). Parking on the street was very limited.
n.Everything so clean, lovely people who run this guest house, very helpful, nothing any bother to them, infact delightful young couple, with two beautiful children. I would love to come back again,, fingers crossed this will happen.
Nothing I did not like, shame my stay just a whirlwind, did not have enough time to really enjoy
Owners were very welcoming and friendly. Single room was nice size and comfortable. Bathroom was across the hallway but exclusive to the room. Owner kindly let me drop my bag in earlier in the day before check-in. Breakfast additional £5 but plenty of choice and refills available. Would certainly stay again.
Couldn't get Wi-Fi in the room but worked fine in breakfast lounge.
friendly service, good location, good breakfast, free wifi
there was some dampness in the air, I hope it was because of the weather
Good location and very friendly staff. Rooms were small, but clean. Overall very good value for money.
comfortable bed, really clean
Good, professionally run B&B. Clean. Good location, close to the center of Inverness. Very good breakfast. Friendly, helpful host.
Room a bit too small for 3 people. Noise on the street late into the night.
Near to river ness which is the centre of the city.
Very helpful staff, planning trips around Inverness
I had a double bed which was very comfortable. Good choice for breakfast and good service from the couple who ran it. Just across the river from the castle and town so good for sightseeing.
My bathroom was across the landing and down 6 stairs.
Friendly and comfortable
closeness to riverside
The breakfast choice was adequate. The accommodation is close to Inverness.
The Highland Breakfast apart from Sausages was not Highland. Consider Black Pudding/Haggis. I see the reason for no bacon although many would expect to see it on the menu. Remove Hash Brown and insert Potato Scone. The fan within the toilet is too small and there was an aura of dampness. The shower was very difficult to turn off and requires to be fixed. The furniture within the bedroom requires either cleaning or renewal. The carpet could be doing with renewal. The entrance vestibule requires to be more welcoming. Although I paid a minimal extra for our breakfast through negotiation it would have been much better for a Guest House to include it in the price at the outset. Parking was very tight under the circumstances it would be better to have this sorted for Residents in close proximity to the Guest House. The present roadworks I understand did not give way to good parking infact made it very difficult.
Good location and nice host
