The hotel was very comfortable and rooms were of a good size. Ideal for weekend breaks. My father in law and his partner plus myself and husband stayed at the hotel for one night after attending a concert at the Poole Arts Centre. The breakfast was good quality and freshly cooked to order. |

Staff very helpful, spacious comfortable room, good location for town (and perfect if visiting Poole Stadium as I was), parking good. Didn't try food so can't really comment but others said it was good. Despite the many plus points (staff and location especially), it would benefit greatly from a facelift. It's looking a bit tired and needs a kick into the 21st century. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to check into our room even although we arrived at half past ten in the morning. Is a little bit tired looking and dated. Needs freshening up. Great for one or two nights but would not want to spend more than that there. |

Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient for The Lighthouse where I was working all weekend. Good car park. I was allowed to leave my car there after checking out. They very swiftly returned items I had left in a drawer! Excellent radio facilities. Efficient early morning call. Good sized room for a single person. I was unable to dine there because of work commitments but the menu looked good. My room was a smoking room in spite of my request. However the weather was good and every effort had been made to reduce the smell by opening the window which opened wide - wonderful! A very difficult issue for the management. The hotel was very full on the Saturday night so probably my room was the only one available when I booked. |

It had a relaxed atmosphere and was child friendly The dining room was fairly empty in the evenings so there wasn't much atmosphere. |

When I arrived back from a meeting I was unable to park due to a function. The staff member I spoke to immediately moved his own vehicle so I could park. Good service! |

I felt it was slightly overpriced for the standard of accomodation provided. I woudl have expected a charge of £60-£70 to be more appropriate |

Easy access to local amenities - could walk to shops and sea. Room was large and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful.Breakfast was satisfactory. For the price, would have expected a better shower. It was an old Mira over -bath type. Although the water was lovely and hot, it was a little dated. The setting of the hotel, although very convenient, was not in the best of areas, ok for a business trip or suchlike. |
