Received a warm welcome, staff helpfull Very clean hotel .

Provided good valued accommodation with helpful and friendly staff

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent and we had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast particularly good. Very easy for the ferry.

The location is very good, the building is attractive from the main road. It has a comfortable "family " feel and a very nice atmosphere. We liked it all!

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff; clean, comfortable large room. Good selection of tea, coffee etc and plenty of biscuits; TV and remote control that worked!; iron and board in the room; trouser press; case stand; soap, shower gell and shower cap; safe if wanted; large car park away from through roads. There was everything that we could need and a good breakfast with great coffee. We will certainly stay there again if we are in Poole and we would recommend the Arndale to our friends. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Friendly, clean and willing to deal with complaints. Foodwise, excellent, with plenty to eat. Cannot praise the staff enough.

Room size, staff suggested ordering a Sunday paper.

traffic noise

I thought the hotel was in a good location and the staff did a great job. The breakfast was very good. On the downside sound traveled easily from other rooms and the TV did not work in my room, I did not complain so cannot say if it would have been resolved or not. Overall I would stay again as it an ideal location for my business trip and I could live with the minor inconveniences.

Good sized family rooms, of a decent standard - so good value. Good location for Poole Shopping. English breakfast was generous, and staff friendly.

Bathroom was clean, spacious and tidy, however the shower itself was hopeless. Seemed strange as there was plenty of water pressure for the bath. So I assume that this was a minor maintenance issue (as opposed to some permanent problem), and reported it. Manager was concerned and said it would be fixed asap. Otherwise - no complaints.

I was looking for somewhere to stay over the Christmas holiday, near to my son's home in Broadstone, where our family were gathering. Arndale Court Hotel met my needs well. As I have walking dificulties, the rear acces parking was particularly convenient, as was the bedroom being on the ground floor. The bedroom was comfortably furnished to a good standard. The breakfast was well prepared and enjoyable
