Only booked this room at last min...but my stay was ok!! Maybe wouldnt rush back there as for location
Easy to find nice big room staff friendly good location to ferry port.
Had a front room so noise from road could be a issue at busy times.
Very convenient access to the town centre. All round good hotel service at a very reasonable price.
Nothing that was detrimental to our stay.
Very nice spacious and comfortable room; late check-in and bar; helpful staff; convenient location; value for money.
WiFi didn't work in my room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them
It does need a little money spent on it as the rooms are a but sad But my stay was only 1 night so staff made up for that
Good location, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast
Breakfast choices & quality. Ample private parking. Staff kindness & efficiency.
No criticisms at all.
Silvia the receptionist was excellent, very friendly and hospitable
The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were very kind and helpful and even changed our room to a ground floor room when they saw my boyfriend was on crutches. Was very good value for money and I would happily stay here again.
Car park spacious, quiet despite town & main road, good sized centrally heated room, + fridge & plenty light, on/off switches next to bedside, iron/board, on site bar
Insufficient water spray from shower, drinking utensils in room were dirty
Staff Friendly Room Comfortable
Pet friendly, ample parking, within a short waliking distance to a good pub serving food. Close to town centre, can easily walk there. Only 7 minutes to the ferry port in Poole. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, shower caps and tissues provided. Good size bath towels. Plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits provided. Spacious room.
Room smelled foisty. Bed very lumpy and uncomfortable. Dated bedding, no quilt instead it was sheets with holes in, woolly blanket and a bed throw. Room really hot on arrival so had to keep window open to cool it down which meant more road noise. Didn't sleep well. Asked for quiet room, as we had the dog and was put next door to somebody, even though the hotel was almost empty. Selected this hotel because it had a restaurant, (handy because we had the dog with us) but it was closed because it was Christmas, but this was not highlighted when booking. Though having seen the menu, it was a bit pricey, the local pub was serving food at half the price. Bathroom was clean but just old. Hairdryer 800w useless. Carpets in public areas are all threadbare. The hotel really needs a bit of a refurb. Sorry but will not be returning or recommending.
parking, spacious room.
room was on the ground floor, window by the road
Clean comfortable bed, fresh clean room. Friendly staff and kind to children. Very pleasant stay . Would in again.
I did not find anything I did not like.
Car park Room Staff Location Cleanliness
good sized room and well maintained
traffic noise at room 18 was a bit noticable in the early hours .
Everything was very good from politeness and wanting to help staff to value well presented and comfort of hotel
The rooms were good - they were clean with plenty of room.
Ran out of hot water when running bath. Had to wait 2 hours for hot water. Restaurant was very expensive for what is - the cheapest meal was about £15. The location was quite far out from the centre and not much around locally e.g. food/amenities.
Large comfortable room. Plenty hot water . All the facilities were good. Excellent value for money.
Situation of hotel for both the Theatre and Shops. Only had 1 night so didn't have chance to eat a main meal here, but breakfast was lovely
Nothing to complain about
Wifi, restaurant ok, iron in room, a nice hotel
Superb food, very friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room.
Normally stay in Premier and this was so much nicer. An iron in the room, notepad and pencil, generous coffee with fresh milk in the morning. Just feels personal and not a bland room down an endless corridor. Restaurant as well which has £8 burgers to £20 steaks.
As we were attending the speedway this hotel has prime position as it is just across the road. It is also ode to the shopping centre and bus and trIn stations
Lighting dull in bedroom
Because the room I was given was all ready occupied I was "Upgraded" to a very large family room, this made for a great stay. The very brief look at a standard double room felt it would be cramped and not that comfortable.
