Overall the hotel was good. May be a little too business like.

The beds. The mattresses were not very comfortable to sleep on for two persons. When one was turning the other one had the feeling to be in a little boat on a heavy sea.

I was welcomed by a very friendly man who helped me with all my travel questions. Upon checkout the lady that helped me was also very friendly and helpful. Well located for the airline---clean and reasonably priced

The air conditioner had a sound that lasted all night long. Like a siren although not loud annoying

Did not check the facilities as we only stayed overnight. Room is clean and sufficient for what we wanted.

Helpful, friendly staff and a very comfortable, quiet room.Well located for Heathrow as well with bus stops for the airport a couple of minutes' walk away.

Easy to get to and able to check in very early in the day without any problem. Good and friendly front desk staff. Food selection was also good and reasonably priced.

The design and comfort of the room.

"Coaches only" sign on the road outside reception made my friend drive to the underground car park, then we found there was NO LIFT to get my very heavy suitcase up to the hotel and I was angry that he had the job of lugging 18 kilos up the concrete steps, as he is 75 years old. Doorman got the brunt of my anger and said we could have unloaded by the front door, but we were not to know that when you have "Coaches only" written on the road. Suggest you either install a lift from underground car park, or indicate an unloading area near the door.

Good facilities. Good access by free public bus service rather than expensive, and less frequent, Hoppa service.

Not much atmosphere.

It was a good hotel. Good located for the airport in Heathrow.

The hotel has only double rooms, no twins, and the mattresses of the double rooms are not suitable for two people to sleep on.

Very close to the Heathrow Airport (10 min by a free bus that stop right in front of the hotel), nice and clean facilities, excellent sound-proofing and very good restaurant. It was an excellent option for us that arrived at the end of the afternoon and had an early flight to catch in the next day.

Reception first class efficient and friendly, dealing with some important post with ease and pleasure. Restaurant staff equally efficient and friendly. Food good for an airport stopover hotel.

Restaurant rather soulless.

The staff was very nice and helpful and it's very close to Terminal 5.

The bathroom looked clean, but smelled like urine and the food was terrible.

Only there for a short night's layover, but had the best night of sleep I'd had in months! Comfy beds, cozy rooms, and great service.

everything was superb ! we particularly loved our specially awarded airport view family room , given to us after my fall at the front revolving doors , where I tripped on A loose mat and fell forward ontothe floor ! I was uninjured but shaken A little ! everyone was very kind about it all ! we will come again sometime ! thanks !

very difficult to locate by satnav from the post-code given by hotel. Instructions should give location relative to more obvious landmarks such as other hotels.

Handy to ditch the rental car for a couple of nights and tripping into London by public transport to see the sights before flying out to home.

having to pay extra for parking, should be included in room price or at least made aware of on booking, not a suprise at check in

Fabulous accomodations for connecting flights out of Heathrow. In addition, the food in the restaurant is very good. The room was spacious enough and had every thing we needed.

Excellent hotel! Close to Heathrow with shuttle. The staff is wonderful - very friendly and went out of their way to help us in any way possible. They were great with directions.

Professional people who understand their profession

Very friendly staff, good food, and ideal for Heathrow airport. Parking for 10 days was a lot less than quoted.

Good sized comfortable rooms. Well equipped. Friendly staff. Perfect location for early morning departure from Heathrow literally up the road from the long stay car park.
