The front desk staff was very pleasant, especially since we got there close to 11:30 pm and it was just for a lay-over. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check-out was easy and the staff let us know that we could take the city bus to the airport and it was free. They didn't have to do that but it saved us a lot of money.

We flew into heathrow airport at 9pm so by the time we got to the Arora Hotel it was 11pm and it was very easy to get the free bus to the hotel even with all our luggage... The hotel was clean and the kitchen was open for some foods even at 11pm. We would definetly stay here again.

Very convenient location to Heathrow, and accessible by a free bus. Made for a great evening layover. I did not like that you had to pay separately for internet. These days, Wifi is provided free of charge in most hotels, which is crucial for business.

They advertised that there is a shuttle to and from the airport and that is not correct. It was a nightmare getting to the hotel from the airport and ended up having to pay for the shuttle. Do not stay here. Room are the size of a closet and the food was terrible!

Room was lovely clean and bright, on par with a good quality 4 star hotel, tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with iron and trouser press, hairdryer also provided, small fridge in the room, room service available, even a small type kiosk shop was in the lobby selling magazines etc. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was within easy access of heathrow with free bus to and from the airport to the hotel. The bus stop (free bus) to go to the airport was just outside the hotel, it was easy to drag luggage to the bus stop and no stairs etc. Food and drinks in the restaurant were pricey

Nice rooms with excellent sound proofing. Good temprature control system. Surprised with the fact the car park was separate to hotel and had to walk up some stairs with heavy cases. No lift and all outside so lucky not raining. So tip is to drop baggage off before parking car.

The Location was perfect was my Honeymoon we were flying from Terminal 1, early in the morning. The room had a spectacular view, which made it perfect!! The only thing I was dissappointed about was when checking in my luggage, the bell boy came to collect my suitcases out of my car he pulled my suitcase out of the boot in such a way that he damaged and dented my paintwork. No apology? I'm standing their in shock in what has happened and has the nerve to tell me that we don't take suitcases out of cars! If that was the case he should have notified me first instead of making a mess of things. Was not happy

That it was close to the airport. Transportation to and from airport poor. Directions for bus service sent to booking.com were totally inadequate. Wound up taking a shuttle bus that cost 5 pounds. Staff seemed unconcerned about my concerns. Room was barely adequate. Would not recommend this property to any of my friends, family, or professional colleagues.

Well I liked that we had a late check out at 2pm which was very good Well when we check in I got to information about your hotel . Where is the bar where is the gym even where my room was I had to ask that .. So this was not nice at all also why did I give 30pounds deposit when the hotel had my card detail. I told the hotel that I didn need to charge any thing to my room but still wanted 30 pounds.. Train your staff at reception a bit more how to deal with customers as they are the front line of the hotel .

The 1st hotel in Eastbourne for my 2 years traveling on business to it which I can & will be recommending to my clients and colleges, friends. No poor looking room, no cracking walls, no 'hard-used' furniture, there is working shower, nice breakfast, cozy bed, clean, heating regulation in May!! (What was a very important thing for me after coming from Dubai), and absolutely fantastic and friendly eddie- Manager of the hotel. My company will now be booking the hotel for myself and our important clients. By some reason had the problem with internet work, I had been struggling to get it for some 4 hours. Eddie was very much of help, but just it did not work- I got the alert of mistake due to 'ip address conflict: another computer has the same ip address which you use'. Internet started to work at about 10pm only.
