The room was very clean and comfortably provided. The quietness is exhilarating when you see the aeroplanes landing just across the street from your bedroom yet no sound is heard. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was nice and the food was excellent but a bit pricy. |

The staff were very helpful when I left my notebook behind, also in telling me how to travel from the airport. The food. My oriental stir-fry had very little oriental about it. I looked for the guest reviews in answer to your next but one question but couldn't find them. Maybe your website could also provide more information on how to get to the hotel |

This is my 5th stay at the Arora. I have stayed at most of the 3 star plus hotels in the Heathrow area. I feel the Arora is the best. After you learn the bus routes to the hotel, it is an easy ride over. There is no Hotel Hopla bus, but the free public transit is easy to get to. The staff is the most friendly of any hotel I have stayed at near Heathrow and the reason that I come back to this hotel. Most Airlines stay here, so the check in and out is quick. The hotel is clean, never had a problem and again, the staff and the whole way the hotel is run is why I will keep coming back. Stayed last week and booked 4 weeks from now. Great place. It makes a traveler feel welcome. |

Great ocation for a stopover near Heathrow, great staff who allowed a late checkout which was very much appreciated as we had a 23 hour flight to follow and felt fresh and relaxed before the long flight. Perhaps after three nights, the selection at the resturant was going to repeat itself but staff, food etc at the resturant were great. |

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in/out was easy yet informative. The location is close to Terminal 5 and well served by the 423 bus which is a free service. |

It is so quiet. There is no shuttle directly to the hotel. The info at the hotel website only says there is a local bus, not which number, not that it is free, not where to catch it, not where to go to catch it....all of which was confusing to us; but it was not impossible to figure it out as we used the bus service. |

We used it to stopover before catching a long flight. It was quiet and comfortable, we were able to have a reasonably priced evening meal and we could catch a bus from outside to the terminal. Staff were very helpful. We would have liked more information on the web about how to actually reach the hotel from the city. We weren't sure which terminal to alight the train and staff at terminal 5 were unable to give us god information. We ended up with a taxi which cost gbp12 |

The Arora was close to Heathrow which is why we picked it. The room was quiet from the air traffic noise of Heathrow. Once we became familiar with the local public transportation it was easy to get to the airport for flights and also to head into London on the tube from Heathrow to see the sights and take in a play. There is also trains and busses that connect Gatway to Heathrow. |

Clean, well-appointed room with good in-room facilities. Also has good, cheap travel links with Heathrow Airport. Breakfast was poor value-for-m0ney. Coffee too cold, toaster ineffectual, cooked breakfast too cool.. |

Lovely comfortable hotel, friendly staff and very spacious room with a huge bathroom. Clean travel cot provided promptly on request. View over Heathrow runway but absolutely quiet - wonderful! Far superior to the Hilton where we stayed earlier in our trip |

Room rate very good. Quality of room and cleanliness was very good also. The only problem I encountered was the cost of eating and drinking. I was dining in the hotel's restaurant. I ordered a steak to be cooked rare, however came well done!!! It's far too expensive for the quality of food received. I can easily purchase better food at a far more reasonable rate with better portion size elsewhere. Drinks are far too expensive also. The hotel is trying to capitalise on the volume of foreign and british travellers coming through and are forced to eat at the hotel at hightened prices because there is no other alternative. Prices should be reduced to better reflect the quality of food and to allow people to enjoy a drink with their meal without paying a hefty price. |
