no anything exceptional or particular. general four star. No information is given anywhere regarding the 9-11GBP taxi fee for getting there. For a 600m distance... No information at the airport and bus drivers are aware of the exact situation of the hotel either. You will lost if you do not prepare to the transfer before. Or take a taxi. Somehow. If you can. |

I really enjoyed the friendly staff. The room layout and the view of Heathrow airport. It was good value for money as well. Even I had to get up early the wake up call and teaxi ordered was timely. As the hotel hopper bus service does not service your hotel it would be a good idea that when you book there is a short description of how to take the bus service from the airport to your hotel |

The hotel has easy proximity to Heathrow airport and a very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was great, however the booking info did not state the way to reach the hotel and it took numerous queries to get it straight - it should say the buses needed to catch to get there since it does not have a pick-up service. |

Despite the location near the end of the Heathrow runway, we could not hear any of the usual airplane noise. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is reasonable and convenient to the airport. |

Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly and anticipated my requirement for a taxi the next day. I was first at the restaurant in the morning. The coffe was luke warm and when I told the one guy that was on duty about it he looked at me as if I had two heads and then proceeded to carry on doing whatever he was doing. The coffee was never replaced. There was no plug in my bathroom sink. |

The hotel was amazingly soundproofed given that it is across the street from a busy runway! We really enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the airport made it very convenient to get there quickly for our departure. Lovely place! |

We had one night waiting for our next day connection to Dallas and we had the most pleasant stay.We arrived very late and the staff was very pleasant.The room was very clean and comfortable.In addition there is a 24 hour shop open to buy some drinks and snacks and the most important thing was that we had free transportation from terminal 5 to the hotel and from the hotel to terminal 3. |

Perfect for somewhere to stay and leave the car in a reasonably secure place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant very good and reasonably priced. Will if flying from Heathrow use the hotel again. |
