価格から考えるとかなりお得なホテルだと思います。（４９ポンド）空港から市内に行く時間とコストを考えても、高い市内に泊るよりも、気持ちよく宿泊できると思います。スタッフの対応は夜中でもまったく問題ありませんでした。朝食パックがあればなお良しです。 |

スタッフのかたがとても親切でした。エコの点でも考えられていた。 空港からのバスの利用方法（何番のバスに乗りどのバスストップで降りるか）を書いてほしかった。 |

空港からタクシーで5分程度、きれいなホテルでした。部屋の中にはアイロン、ズボンプレッサー、もちろん湯沸かし等も完備していて広さも十分でした。この料金で泊まれるなんて驚きです。ただし、トラベラーズチェックは断られました。 シャトルバスはありませんでした。（ボクシングデーだったためタクシーでホテルまで行きましたが10ポンドでした。翌朝は路線バスで空港まで行くことができました。バス停はホテルのすぐ前にあります。なぜかただでした。） |

静かな点は素晴らしかった。 インターネット用のケーブルを頼んだが、結局持ってこなかった（忘れていたようだ）。スタッフ全般的に好印象がもてなかった。 |

空港から近く、ホテル前にバス停があり、無料バスも利用できた。ドリンク等も売店で買え、受付の人もとても親切だった。部屋もスーツケース2個広げても十分スペースがあるほど広く、とても満足しています。 |

the hotel was a long way from our terminal and I was lead to belive we would be able to reach our terminal by bus from the hotel. In fact we would have had to take a bus to terminal one then a train. So because we had an early flight and lots of luggage we had to hire a taxi to get there in time. |

i liked the free bus service to airport and bus station and other nearby towns which is a great faculity .Being an Indian i liked to be near southhall broadway where i could o to eat Indian food everything was superb. |

Convenient hotel for Heathrow and London. Good Service. Soundproof windows, so very quiet. No shutle bus for the airport, although on the website was stated otherwise |

I really enjoyed the friendly staff. The room layout and the view of Heathrow airport. It was good value for money as well. Even I had to get up early the wake up call and teaxi ordered was timely. As the hotel hopper bus service does not service your hotel it would be a good idea that when you book there is a short description of how to take the bus service from the airport to your hotel |

The hotel has easy proximity to Heathrow airport and a very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was great, however the booking info did not state the way to reach the hotel and it took numerous queries to get it straight - it should say the buses needed to catch to get there since it does not have a pick-up service. |

Despite the location near the end of the Heathrow runway, we could not hear any of the usual airplane noise. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is reasonable and convenient to the airport. |

Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly and anticipated my requirement for a taxi the next day. I was first at the restaurant in the morning. The coffe was luke warm and when I told the one guy that was on duty about it he looked at me as if I had two heads and then proceeded to carry on doing whatever he was doing. The coffee was never replaced. There was no plug in my bathroom sink. |

The hotel was amazingly soundproofed given that it is across the street from a busy runway! We really enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the airport made it very convenient to get there quickly for our departure. Lovely place! |
