Hotelul Arora de 4 stele este situat la doar 5 minute de mers cu maşina de Aeroportul Heathrow şi oferă camere izolate fonic, o recepţie cu program de 24 de ore pe zi şi parcare pentru sejururi îndelungate. Autobuzul public care oferă transferuri gratuite la/de la aeroport opreşte în faţa hotelului. Autostrada M4 este la 5 minute de mers cu maşina de Hotelul Arora, iar Autostrada M25, la mai puţin de 10 minute cu maşina. Gara London Paddington este la o călătorie de doar 20 de minute cu trenul de Gara Heathrow Airport. Barul Smith’s, dotat cu un TV LCD cu programe Sky Sports şi o masă de biliard, serveşte o gamă largă de băuturi şi gustări. Restaurantul The Kitchen este deschis începând cu ora 06:30 şi serveşte un mic dejun alcătuit din preparate gătite şi continentale, precum şi specialităţi britanice. Fiecare cameră este dotată cu aer condiţionat şi include un minifrigider, un seif pentru laptop, precum şi o baie proprie. De asemenea, aveţi la dispoziţie un televizor, un uscător de păr şi facilităţi pentru prepararea de ceai şi cafea. Unele dintre camere oferă vedere excelentă spre pistele aeroportului. It's comfortable and very near Heathrow. Check in is unbelievably speedy! They don't routinely stock the mini bar... of course this saves you money too!

The Arora is close to the airport and has all facilities required. Free local bus service, underground parking and competitive pricing. The bar was part of the restaurant, it would have benefitted from a seperate lounge/bar.

All very clean and handy to airport. Only problem was we nearly missed international flight due to safe not unlocking! Also charged 25 pounds for early check-in, even though room ready.

Close to the Heathrow airport. Very easy to reach. Free bus service to & from Heathrow and it stops right opposite the hotel. Free cancellation up to 14h00 our on the day of arrival. Helpful staff

Very close to Heathrow airport (5-15min drive in a taxi, depending on terminal). Suitably comfortable and very convenient for an overnight stay before catching an early flight out of Heathrow airport. And not a bad price either, for the quality of the standard rooms.

The business like and friendly environment. Besides, the staff are dedicated and well cultured The non provision of hotel cabs, the buses are ok but much time is wasted travelling on shuttle buses

Good value for money and good facilities. Only irritant was the claim on booking.com that the rooms were sound-proof, this was not the case at all with my room, I could hear noises both from the corridor and adjacent rooms. As this was the prime reason I booked the room it was very irritating at the time!

second stay at this hotel. Received an upgrade to an executive room with a great view of the runway! very convenient for Terminal 5. free bus. rooms very clean and very comfortable. secure car park. would use this hotel again.

Quite nice considering how close to the airport and pretty decent for the price. 1. £6.50/h for wifi in a fairly pricey hotel was laughable. Triple the usually 1h fee. It should be free in this price range, but instead they chose gouge travellers. 2. There was no way to shut off the ventilation in the room (only turn off heating and AC fan), meaning we got zero sleep before a long flight.

The room was spotless,large and the staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Only down side was the bar could have stayed open later 11.30 pm on Friday , midnight on Saturday but you could order room service or order in the lobby.

Not a lot actually ...apart from ideal location and onsite parking The reception staff were friendly ....but got everything wrong ...price of stay ...breakfast tariff was overcharged On confirming my booking they hung up twice !! Sheets/duvet cover were horribly itchy Bathroom verty tired and in need of revamp

Close to Heathrow airport, 10 pound taxi ride, but there are also free buses if you know your way around the system. Using the bus to return to the airport was very easy, convenient and fast. Not much activity in the area that you could easily walk to, so I would not recommend for extended stays.

Being a transit visit at Heathrow, the hotel was the most suitable and competitive amongst the others in the same area. The stay was for about 6 hours as I had to take my flight. All aspects were found to be suitable and good for such visits/stopovers, however, two issues which can be commented upon and which were some what not suitable were (a) the access to the room, with 2/3 pieces of luggage it can be back breaking, and (b) last order at coffee shop being at 2230hrs. Other wise a value for money stay. Regards RG Included in above comments.

Ideal for early flight next morning. Air conditioning kept turning on and off all night bug you needed it as the room was quite warm. But overall a nice stay.
