Just a 5-minute drive from Heathrow Airport, the 4-star Arora Hotel Heathrow features soundproofed rooms, a 24-hour front desk and long-stay parking. Sky Sports satellite channels are shown on the large LCD TV in Smith’s Bar, which has a pool table and serves a range of drinks and bar snacks. Smith's Grill serves cooked and continental breakfasts, as well as British cuisine. A mini-fridge and a laptop safe are included in each air-conditioned room, which also have a private bathroom and triple-glazed windows. It was a good hotel. Good located for the airport in Heathrow. The hotel has only double rooms, no twins, and the mattresses of the double rooms are not suitable for two people to sleep on.

Very close to the Heathrow Airport (10 min by a free bus that stop right in front of the hotel), nice and clean facilities, excellent sound-proofing and very good restaurant. It was an excellent option for us that arrived at the end of the afternoon and had an early flight to catch in the next day. Can't think of anything

Reception first class efficient and friendly, dealing with some important post with ease and pleasure. Restaurant staff equally efficient and friendly. Food good for an airport stopover hotel. Restaurant rather soulless.

The staff was very nice and helpful and it's very close to Terminal 5. The bathroom looked clean, but smelled like urine and the food was terrible.

everything was superb ! we particularly loved our specially awarded airport view family room , given to us after my fall at the front revolving doors , where I tripped on A loose mat and fell forward ontothe floor ! I was uninjured but shaken A little ! everyone was very kind about it all ! we will come again sometime ! thanks !

Fabulous accomodations for connecting flights out of Heathrow. In addition, the food in the restaurant is very good. The room was spacious enough and had every thing we needed.

Excellent hotel! Close to Heathrow with shuttle. The staff is wonderful - very friendly and went out of their way to help us in any way possible. They were great with directions.

the staff was very friendly, our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Also the hotel is located close to Heathrow airport we didn't hear any noise. Transport to and from the airport to the hotel by public bus is free. We would like to stay again at this hotel there was nothing we didn't like

All the staff at the hotel were very polite & friendly. Unbelievably quiet, considering it is an airport hotel-slept really well, & bed very comfortable. The cost was very reasonable considering the quality of service & overall decor & cleanliness of this hotel. Could not fault a thing!

i love the restaurant SMITH...the food is amazing!!! the room is big and is clean... the hotel tell us how to go to the hotel which is good, but they did not tell us the bus is free, so we paid....the reception is not friendly.

Room was a good size and very comfortable. Easy to reach by free bus from heathrow. Included breakfast had a good range. Dinner in restaurant also very good. Staff very very friendly. No negatives at all.

This hotel was ideally situated near the Heathrow Airport, with free bus shuttle to the airport. It far exceeded our expectations, and was luxorious, very comfortable, and had lots of amenities for a very reasonable price, which I booked on line Nothing. Everything was great.
