Bra rum, trevligt överlag, Bra att bo nära flygplatsen vid tidig avgång Kolla en extra gång med hotellpersonalen om busstiderna, första bussen skulle gå 08,04 men kom 07,50 istället... |

Närheten till Heathrow. Från rummet hade man perfekt utsikt mot start-och landningsbanor, helt ljudlöst. Snyggt rymligt rum, hlälpsam och trevlig personal. |

The Hotel was in an excellent location for easy access to Heathrow Airport, the room was extremely comfortable with no airport noise able to be heard in the room which is extremely important for this location. Hotel staff were pleasant & helpful. |

The bedroom was very comfortable and overall the standard of the accommodationwas very high. Excellent value for money. Choice of TV channels was a bit limited and there didn't seem to be any way to get radio. |

The front desk staff were amoung the best I have met and were very helpful and only too pleased to answer my questions. Great location for Heathrow Airport and free buses |

All the comforts I needed were there - fantastic bed and soft pillows, kettle, hairdryer, relaxing bath, tv. My stay was only short but it was very pleasant. |

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and efficient. Just outside the front door, you can catch a free bus ride to Heathrow. Because it is conveniently close to Heathrow, we have used it twice as a stop-over en route to other destinations. We will likely do so again in the future. This hotel, like most others, had only one comfortable chair in the double room. |

Arrived late. Slept. Got up early (05:00). Shaved and showered. Went to Terminal 3 Departures (06:15). Did NOT really look at hotej, properly. |

Proximity to Heathrow; friendliness of staff; quality meals; comfortable room/bed.I'd recommend your marketing people work with Europcar (and others) and sell the very close proximity of the Arora (a short walk) to the car return area---very handy. |

Staff were very helpful, room was extremely comfortable & welcoming, dinner was just what I wanted. No marmalade for breakfast!! It cost us £20 by taxi from terminal 4 to the hotel which apparently was way over the normal price. |

The room was very clean and comfortably provided. The quietness is exhilarating when you see the aeroplanes landing just across the street from your bedroom yet no sound is heard. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was nice and the food was excellent but a bit pricy. |

We could not fault the hotel in any way. We particularly liked the quietness the comfortable bed and the buffet breakfast. |
