The staff were polite and helpful with any enquiries we had. The hotel was warm, comfortable and well situated within the city centre. The breakfast in bed was great and I have recommended this hotel to friends and family. |

Room was spacious esspecially bathroom, Shower was powerful, staff were freindly and the service excellent. paid for breakfast for two but due to my own fault did not wake up in time - no refund was offeredd - did not wish to complain and ruin what was otherwise a pleasant stay. |

Reception staff good. Ideal location opposite the Museum and Art Gallery. I have stayed here before - due to location. Breakfast was not enjoyable as the scrambled egg had been in the pot for a very long time. (I don't eat meat so don't know about everything else but they all seem to have been sitting a long time). I didn't enjoy the breakfast last time either but I returned due to the convenience of the location. But I may not do so again as it is a nice hotel but breakfast is poor and the weak link. |

Clean rooms Room heating did not get warm enough on a very cold night and the duvet was a summer one. Bed was not very big for a couple to sleep in. |

The staff were very helpful, the hotel was nicely furnished as were the rooms, which were very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location for the city centre and the men where we were going. |

The beds were very comfortable & bathroom was very nice. George the consierge was very polite & helpfull with directions. The attitude of the receptionist on arrival was not what i would expect from a 4 star hotel. I wanted to pay cash for my room on arrival & she refused to take it said that it was company policy to take the money from the credit card that the booking was made on plus a £50 reserve of funds incase of any damage to the room. After a lengthy conversation in front of other guests the cash was eventually accepted but the £50 reserve was still put on my credit card. Lack of tea,coffee & toiletries in the room plus the tv didn't work due to the digital switchover was the reason given, this had happend a couple of days prior to our stay. Overall not a good first impression for a 4 star hotel. |

Room was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful Room service limited to sandwiches late on, with no food at all (even crisps) available at the bar after 11pm. Website advertised the room as having a mini fridge, however this was only a cooler and did not work when we got there. |

I loved the fact that our twin room had 2 double beds. The bathroom was lovely. Everything was very clean. We had a great stay, will deffinately come back. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go too! |

Good location, ten minute walk from Picadilly and close to Canal St. Well equipped room for motability impaired. Friendly staff and smart hotel Very warm room despite a cool late October evening and the air con on full. The lights on the air con control were bright LED's and at bed height which lit up the room. |

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and nicely styled. The speaker in our shower room did not work sadly (602) No major inconvenience but I have stayed at the hotel before, so knew what I was missing! |
