Excellent servcie from friendly staff. The room was clean, good size, good lighting and functioning airconditioning. Furthermore, the hotel is situated within (short) walking distance of shopping, restaurants and pubs. All in all a perfect stay.

Lovely friendly staff Stayed in Deluxe very large bed. Very central to all amenities. We went for a drink in bar 24, was not keen on the music. Had to ask for extra pillows as only one each. Another little biscuit for our tea.

The hotel was lovely, friendly staff and the room was very nice. Would recommend the hotel to anyone. We didn't book the breakfast as it seemed a little expensive especially as we had two small children making breakfast over £50.

Great location, Friendly knowledgeable staff Nice hotel Clean Modern room Everybody is different but bed was far too soft for me so not really a criticism. Very small discount on recommended/ closest car park I think a few pounds off could be improved on when it's £20 for 24 hours.

The room was lovely. The appearance of the hotel; both inside and out is classy and understated. The lobby is calm and n0t intimidating (as I find with some hotels). The lifts are excellent and we particularly liked the breakfast room and breakfast was excellent. The staff were exceptional; we were never ignored or left waiting.They really set this hotel apart.

Fabulous room, nice to have a fridge in the room,very friendly staff, George on front of house was particularly pleasant and helpful. Shame there was not any biscuits on the drinks tray.
