The room was a reasonable size, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big and nicely designed. The hotel reception staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable, we were going to Heaton Park to see Oasis and they were able to direct us to where the buses were going from. Carpets looked a bit grubby. |

Polite friendly staff, allowed to check in early and also leave luggage once we had checked out for the rest of the day, which allowed us to shop without carrying all of our luggage around Manchester Been put in room 1 on the first floor but it was still very nice. |

The service from check-in to check-out was top class! One group even joked about having robes delivered to their rooms after coming inside from heavy rain and the hotel staff actually got them robes! When we asked how to travel around the city we were given a map and an explanation of the best methods to get around. We only stayed for one night and all was fine. We did get a knock on the door in the morning by the cleaner asking if we were checking out that day which was slightly annoying. We also heard some loud banging in the room above ours but thankfully it didn't last long. |

Staff extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. No hotel parking. This appears to be a general problem with the majority of hotels in the centre of Manchester. |

We asked for early check in and our room was available at 8.30am. Can't ask for better than that. Fantastic service and the staff were lovely. Location was excellent for train station, city centre and transport to Old Trafford. |

Cleaniness of the hotel in general, and the staff at reception were efficient and pleasent The breakfeast was not of a high standard, presentation of food at the buffet and the breakfeast room felt like been in a bar. |
