Everyone was very welcoming on arrival and when entering and leaving the hotel during our stay. The rooms were roomy and very clean. Room service was prompt and even though only ordered cheese and crackers and sorbet both vey nice. The cocktail bar downstairs was on the quiet side but bar staff friendly and good range of cocktails and spirits.

Helpful staff and comfortable clean rooms The cost of the hotel if we had to pay for breakfast on top our stay would of been too expensive the rooms slept two adults and two children regardless of the fact I asked for two twin rooms to sleep two adults in each,i felt as though I was over charged

Staff were genuinely friendly and interested in guests needs. Rooms didn't just look good, they were well sound proofed internally and externally and not many hotels achieve that. Superbly comfortable bed, mattress, duvet and pillows. The heating actually worked and 24/7! Faultless.

It was very clean and very central for our needs The price of drink in the bar was too expensive. That could explain why so few residents didnt use it. One night we were the only ones in it. The price of £3.70 of a pint of larger is too high.

The room was cosy and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Temperature of the room was easy to control. There were also plenty of coathangers in the wardrobe (something other hotels seem to skimp on) and lots of storage space. I found the mattress and pillows too soft for my liking, but that is my personal preference. As mine was a short stay, I didn't ask for a room change, but I suspect the hotel would have been accommodating had I chosen to raise it.

Good Location in the centre of Manchester. Clean. Good service. Not very much choice on room service menu. More choice of drinks than food itself.

This is my fourth stay at the Arora Manchester in the past year. The location is great - close to transport, shops and great restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious for the price and location. The bar downstairs is a great meeting place, Adam and his friendly staff always recognize returning visitors. Each time I have had a different check-in experience some great and informative and at other times quite abrupt. Also it is not recognized that I have stayed before. The taxi company that is used also is inconsistent - on two occasions great and the last two times very different. Yesterday the driver tried to charge me 40 pounds for a trip that should cost 25. I have informed the concierge, so hope to see on my next visit changes have been made.

Staff were very friendly and polite (especially the 3 young ladies who served breakfast). I would have liked access to Sky Sports in the bar downstairs and in the room itself.

Very clean and excellent location. Nice spacious room. Lack of written information - nothing in room to say how to work heating, what times the restaurant is open, anything about the hotel facilities, no breakfast menu on tables etc.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were good value for money They took 50 pound from my card for each room on top of payment for any damages, the money is given back to you if your room is left in good condition but it was not mentioned at time of booking

Great central location. Speedy check in, friendly staff. Pleasant clean room Parking at the car park next door was very expensive (19 pounds/night) for a one night stay. Could a cheaper rate be negotiated with the carpark. We stayed at a Premier Inn in Newcastle last night and they have an agreement with a car park next door for 6 pounds/night.

I am really satisfied while I was there,, It was very quiet and comfortable for family and also a great location just 5 mins walking to Piccadilly. The fast food resturants are around the corner and even bust stop (no. 250) if you would like to go to Old Trafford or Trafford center.
