Gym was too hot and inadequately air-conditioned,a common oversight or misjudged economy in hotels.The fitted air-con appeared to have been disabled.

Parking facilities wasn't mentioned (£2.70 per hr) when booking ( alternative £16 per 24hrs we stopped 2 night) which was quite costly to say the least. went to restaurant in the evening we had to send meal back due to it being cold had room service for breakfast which also was cold so decided next morning to try in restaurant which was also cold I do not think it is good value for the money we paid!!!! we have been in better hotels and paid a lot less and got better value also found no information about the hotel in the room (which we was surprised about) when booking out of the hotel was not asked regarding our stay (if everything was ok) very dissapointed feel that I could have got much more for my money in a diffrent hotel if I would have shopped around

the staff in the hotel is really nice and provide perfect service for us.

made to feel very welcome by all. nothing too much trouble for anyone. All very clean and quiet but very convenient for tram to Salford Quays, Piccadilly train station , MEN arena and the shops. Will certainly go again [ and stay in a Cliff Richard themed room next time!

We have really appreciated the simplicity in finding the hotel and its location. The staff are friendly and we have been welcomed warmly.

Sometimes, the water from the shower got colder but it hasn't bothered that much.

The staff go out of their way to make you welcome and feel at home. The rooms are clean and spacious. I love having a fridge in my room. What's not to like about the Arora! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Manchester.

I'm very disappointed that there isn't a hotel in every city I have to visit.

Corridors outside the room - very plain resulted in hotel feeling like it lacked in atmosphere in some places...

Beds were very comfortable, rooms nice and clean. Food and cocktails very nice.

One member of staff- foreign waitress in bar 24 was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable therefore went elsewhere the following night. Think she thought she was too good to work there and certainly made us feel like we werent welcome there.

We were very happy with the size of the double room, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed. When we requested some milk at reception the staff member brought some up in a jug personally within a few minutes. It is in a very convenient location as right near the town centre, and colourful as sited in the Chinatown area.

Very little - would be nice to have biscuits with the tea. Otherwise no complaints at all.
