I had a room next to the rail tracks and I think to new customers you should give a room not on that side but on the opposite just to impress them and to lure them back again. |

My check in was speedy and efficient, good choice for room service and hygiene standards were extremely high. I would definitely stay here again. |

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Bed really comfortable and bed linen excellent. Room heating OK but could have been better - the weather has been very cold and I found that I needed to wear warm clothing in the room. Buffet cooked breakfast was OK - not very much choice if you opted for continental just some cheese and ham. It was OK but nothing to write home about. Foyer freezing - I had a couple of meetings there and was really cold. Foyer bar service very poor. |

The staff were friendly and helpful at main reception. The hotel was modern clean, bright and welcoming. The bedroom was above average. I was very impressed at the cleanliness and the facilities. It was a lovely comfortable room to relax in prior to a long haul flight. I used the stairs from the car park to main reception and found this quite difficult with a suitcase. It did not put me off staying at the hotel again. |

Comfort and services. We used "room service" and found this to be very good. Lack of information available on times/departure for the coach to the airport. |

Very clean and new. All mod cons and the bathrooms were excellent.... Great shower head! The choice of food for the 24hr room service was very bad and over priced... We payed over £20's for 2 sandwiches and 2 cokes.... Rip off |

I stayed there several times. The rooms were always very clean and spacious. The hotel is composed of a fitness room what is very convenient for a several days business stay. The hotel is very well situated with direct access to the railway station (an entrance on the platform) and shuttles for gatwick airport and at a walking distance to the shopping center. Internet access is not included in the price of the room. |

The hotel reception staff were very helpful. The property itself is very good in comparison to other airport hotels on offer at Gatwick, Heathrow etc. The gym is great and the bars & restaurants offer a good alternative if you don't want to head into Crawley which is close by. The gent who does the hotel transfers to/from the airport is a great guy - every hotel should have one of him! I'm very picky and do this a lot so usually I would find some holes but I would say this hotel is one of the best (London) airport adjacent hotels I've stayed in. The hotel is well appointed but its the staff that make or break the experience. Maybe I just got lucky. |

The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious, The breakfast was really bad for the price. Really not in keeping with the hotel. Also they were not able to cope with large numbers of people eating at the same time. |

The reception area is nice. The breakfast was good (but you pay extra 12,50 gbp for it). The hotel cards did not work (even though I got two). Shuttle only leaves every hour. For an airport hotel of a higher category I would expect at least every 30. min. (Shuttle Price 2,5 gbp). The bathroom was not completely clean. A lot of noise from a train running under the ground floor. So go for a high floor to avoid noise. |
