My room has not been made up after being away between 9 am and 7 pm. This must not happen in hotel of this category. |

Bed and bedding very comfortable. No lifts from carpark to foyer. Hotel post code same as council estate therefore SatNav leads you there on the other side of the fence within view of hotel but no access.....,.,, Next to busy rail line! |

Airport pick up, good Italian restaurant, good wine bar and reasonable cost for breakfast. Wine good but expensive. |

High quality room with an amazing bathroom. The separate walk in shower is a winner. 10 minutes from Gatwick, very convenient. There is no elevator from the car park to the hotel lobby. Check in was slow. I hate paying extra for internet access. |

The beds are fantastic, and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms have enough space and the bathrooms have both a decent bath and a good shower. The location is perfect for access to both Crawley City Centre and the Railway while being close to Gatwick airport. The cleaning was not thorough, the room service was limited with only pizzas and sandwiches available after 9.30pm. |

It's convenient in relation to Gatwick and was more economical than slightly closer hotels. Very close to the train station in Crawley. It was a great place to recover from jet lag. The route to the hotel from the train station is not obvious, you have to go away from the hotel to find the shortest path. |

Convenient, quiet, unobtrusive service. Having to pay £10 to park in the hotel carpark. Ordering food from room service and getting food I hadn't ordered. |
