The service is wonderful and great breakfast. Location is great. Quite clean.

As a single senior citizen I was made so welcome by Liga and Martin. They both made sure I was secure on the stairs as the building doesn't allow for a lift. They offered to serve breakfast in my room as I had to be at an early morning meeting. The weather was so good which meant I was able to rest in the garden listening to the birds singing in the trees! I shall definitely use this hotel as a base for London in the future as it's close to Euston and on excellent bus routes. John D

The hotel is very well placed with 2 underground-stations and a bus near. The owners are wonderfull, the breakfast is good.

The owners were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is in a great location, is welcoming, well designed and a great price. Clean, comfortable and good sized room. Excellent value for money - would definitely recommend to others & will be back.

A very comfortable hotel, I had a small room but because of the clever decorating it looked larger. The lounge was very homelike, the owners very friendly. I recommend this hotel if you'd like to stay in a less impersonal environment.

Lovely welcome from staff as well as gorgeous Frankie the dog. Convenient location and we were welcomed back to wait in the sitting room before our train, despite the fact we were only picking our bags up. Recommended 100%!

Room 8 has possibly the smallest bath "room" I've ever seen (even in London). OK if you are young and fit (and not too tall/big).

The small room and shower was more than compensated for by the cheerful and competent proprietors. After all in London one only needs a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast to set one up for the day. These boxes were ticked!

The service was excellent; we were made to feel very welcome and all of the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The location was handy for the West End, the breakfast was excellent and Wi-Fi was offered free. Great value for money!

Room extremely small, bathroom minuscule. Room needs some tlc and repairs.

When I walked in, I immediately felt at home because of the warm welcome. The owners go out of their way to ensure you are happy.

My single room was OK for a slim person but for an overweight it would be difficult to shower. This room is going to be changed in the future and even if it isn't I would go back!
