Very-very small room, noise from the street
The hotel was small, but very comfortable.Just the way we like it. It's in a perfect location ( Gower St) Easy access from Euston Station & walking distance to the theatre district. The facilities were good & the breakfast choice was excellent.
Staff always friendly and go out of there way to help. Breakfast always superb. Nothing a problem. Small friendly hotel with delightful decor. Great location. Will always make this my first choice in london.
Spacious single room but shower room a little small.
The ambience and the decor the location and the breakfast...
Only a slight criticism that the room 14 was the smallest we have ever stayed in, but it served our purpose for a one night stay.
Friendly, helpful and informative staff, excellent value for money, great breakfast, lots of choice the full English was perfect.
Owner very helpful and breakfast was lovely. The lounge was beautiful and hotel was very clean.
Had to climb endless flights of stairs right to the top floor with heavy luggage. The twin room was tiny along with bathroom. This was very dissapointing. There was no air con just a ceiling fan that might as well not have been there. Didn't sleep because of the heat. I personally wouldn't stay again.
Great location for walking everywhere. Helpful owners and staff. Really comfy. Best night's sleep I've ever had in a London hotel.
Small and cosy, on a very good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.
When we visited was very hot and we had to sleep window open as there was no air con in the room, just a fan. Our room was on the street side and was very noisy. The park side might be more quiet.
Fantastic breakfast! Cosy, friendly hotel.
Bathroom was small in the twin room - but this wasn't an issue as we were only there for one night.
Great location Relaxed & friendly hotel Well appointed and comfortable rooms Lovely buffet breakfast Can't wait to return next week
helpful, friendly staff, and a great choice at breakfast, very clean, and convenient location.
teeny bathroom in our twin room, but shouldn't complain, as it was all ours, no sharing!
I always try to stay at the Arosfa when I'm in London. The breakfast is incredible.
Ideally placed for transport links into London. Decorated to very high standard. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
Stayed in one of the refurbished single rooms, small but perfectly adequate and well kitted out including a brilliant power shower. The sitting room - open to all guests - has been revamped with a bar. Overall this is my first choice place to say in London - central, very friendly team running the place and a great breakfast. It's like home from home.
I loved the sincere welcoming spirit of the hosts, and I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel for the cozy comfort I experienced.
The staff were very friendly and the included breakfast was excellent. Room was small, and somewhat basic (I'd call it a 3 star), but that's to be expected in the middle of a huge city. It was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Easy walk to parks, British Museum, Trafalgar Square, etc., lots going on in the neighborhood. Great value. Recommended.
nothing not to like
The Arosfa was only 10minute stroll from Euston station. The staff were very accommodating-had drinks outside on evening and they brought us complimentary snacks out-i have never experienced that before in London-would definitely recommend this hotel! Ithe breakfast was lovely especially the Irish sausage!!
The room was a bit small but did have a ceiling fan which we appreciated as was very hot weather.
clean place - good breakfast - friendly staff
i had a single room in the loft floor - very warm and sticky with only a small window to be opened and no airconditioning - the 'bathroom' was caravan size, extremely small, too small for me to fit in, could only sit on the toilet with the door open - room very small, probably 7 m2
Perfect location and friendly staff!
breakfast was excellent upgraded to a bigger room because of availability and that meant a lot to me
Excellent breakfast, clean rooms and good location..
Very comfortable stay bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Check in was easy with a warm greeting and time to show you to you room explaining clearly breakfast times and location of restaurant.
Staying in a single room, it was very compact and using the bathroom was not easy having to manoeuvre between the toilet and the cubicle door. It may be worth letting the hotel know before hand if you suffer with any accessibility issues.
Warm welcome from staff, the breakfast was more than expected, the location is great for that end of London and room small but comfortable with an excellent little bathroom. Excellent value for money in an expensive city.
Good location, close to Euston station and right in the Bloomsbury area. A nice, friendly, family hotel in a classic town house.
I booked a single room: it was good value, but tiny. I had stayed here previously in a double, which was generously sized. For solo travellers, choose a double if your budget allows.
Very helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, clean rooms and a good value for the money in a central London location.
Very small bathrooms. We were in three different rooms. One bathroom was so small you could not use the shower. Another bathroom you could barely change cloths. The third bath had been remodeled and had an acceptable bathroom and decent shower. This is typical of most centrally located B&Bs in London. However, in spite of what some reviews say, this was an excellent hotel for the cost.
