This hotel is well-located and easy to find. The managers were delightful and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and city noise unnoticeable. We highly recommend this hotel.
Great location, cleanliness of the room, a sumptuous breakfast and very helpful staff.
Nothing to report.
Location, breakfast, cleaning, interior design
Tiny bathroom (1 square meter, shower included)
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding and the rooms are lovely. This is our second stay at the hotel and we will definitely be coming back.
Wonderful hotel, warm , clean , and comfortable, Fab breakfast, Rooms in London are small unless you spend a fortune, our room was big enough, as was the shower room This weekend was to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Arosfa Thanks Nic
Quiet, fully equipped room, generous breakfast, nice and friendly stuff.
The warm friendly atmosphere and clean comfortable room.
This was the 2nd time we were staying here. Everything was great and we're sure we'll return for another stay in the near future. Hidden gem!
I loved the location: near the City University of London, but still walking distance from the British Museum. London is a pretty noisy place, but comparatively this area was pretty quiet. This hotel's staff were fantastic. They were very nice, particularly the managers. They served a delicious breakfast. It was comprised of both a standard "continental" buffet as well as a made-to-order hot meal including eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, and tomato. Also, they're sensitive to dietary needs: my wife, who has a gluten issue, was graced with gluten-free toast and muesli every morning.
The Wifi was pretty good, though I had some trouble with Voice-over-IP when I wasn't in the lobby. We had a room with two beds: one twin and one double. The double was fine, but the twin bed's mattress was pretty uncomfortable.

Lovely small single room in an excellent location. Attentive and welcoming staff. Very reasonable cost, given its proximity to the Mainline stations, tube and the West End.
No negatives for me, but the room is small.
I was upgraded to a double room even though I had booked a single room. The room was comfortable and had all amenities. The staff made me feel at home. Breakfast was very good too. Would definitely stay again.
The newly refurbished room was compact but perfect for a 2 night stay. Lovely en suite. Nice hospitality tray, with biscuits and fruit. The choice at breakfast was outstanding, better than some of the bigger hotels I've stayed in.
The glass door to the en suite baffled me, there was a danger of walking into it in the night, so I had to leave it open. For a longer stay, more drawer space would be preferable to living out of a suitcase.
room was ridiculously small and a normal sized adult could not comfortably fit in the bathroom cubicle. very shabby fixtures and fittings
Warm caring welcome and pleasant comfortable surroundings. Fixtures and fittings were of high quality. Very good location in Bloomsbury area, Covent garden and Oxford Street 15 minute walk. Breakfast was fantastic - what a choice of cooked, pastries, cold meats and cheeses. Brilliant!
Room 1 (triple room) admittedly small but fine for a short stay, and room well laid out.
Price, good breakfast, very convenient for transport and good restaurants.
Ventilation not so good, window difficult to open.
The hotel is in a really convenient location a short walk from Euston. It's a really pleasant hotel. The rooms are small but everything you need is in there and all very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable and the staff are all very nice and helpful. I will certainly stay there again.
We went to London to see Jeff Tweedy in the London Palladium and to visit the Royal Academy. The hotel was conveniently located for both venues. It was clean, comfortable and good value for money.
The television in our room did not work. Fortunately, this was of no great concern to us. Otherwise, everything was fine.
I stayed in Room 9, a single room nicknamed the "cupboard". Although compact it was perfect for my stay and very comfortable. The shower room is great. The decor is tasteful and I liked the fresh apples in my room.
I have nothing negative to say.
Couldn't fault the service
Will ask for a room on a lower floor next time
Not a lot
the treck up 60 odd stairs to the top of the house, then the broom cupboard that was my wife and I's room. 12ft x 7ft approx. In that there was a pod they called the bathroom 4ft x 4ft with the shower toilet and wash basin in this pod. You sat on the loo and your knees touched the door and you had to get out of the shower (pod) to dry yourself.Don't blink at breky you will miss it 1bacon 1 sausage 1 egg 1/2 tom 1rnd toast. £125.00 down the drain. Walk passed sleep in the station.
This hotel was perfect for our stay in London. We could walk to most attractions and it was near to the theatre district. The hotel itself was stylish and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.
The cosy style and decor. Kind and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast!
Quite small room and bathroom.
There was simply nothing to dislike!
