near to seafront and town centre. Good Breakfast (sausage,bacon,egg,hash brown,tomato and beans as well as toast and coffee) and good staff. I'm coming back next year great value for money what else do you want?.
It was time to leave as I only booked 3 nights next it will be 7 nights
The breakfast cooked to order and the waiting staff. (not the tea and coffee though!)
The smell of smoke in the stairwell and the added smell of air freshener to cover it up. General cleanliness was poor also. The lack of parking. All streets around have parking meters. Not mentioned when booked.
The room was far too hot, cleanliness of the room was very poor. For example after taking my socks of and walking around the room I then found hair of different lengths and colours stuck to my foot, this indicating the room is not properly cleaned. Also there was an awful stench coming from the bathroom which managed to minimise a little by putting the plugs in both the bath and sink and also putting a little water in there. I did not want to complain as the women on reception was very rude to me on my arrival but I has no choice but to stay some kept quiet for my four nights here. Would never ever recommend anybody to stay here.

IT SAID ON THE WEB SITE THAT THEY HAD A CARPARK BUT THEY DIDNT . i booked a double room but only got a twin .
The springs came through the mattress
Location is within a short walk from the seafront and also close for the town centre. Fairly typical hotel for a resort of this nature and certainly better than some we have stayed at and paid more for. Two night week end stay whilst we were in the area for a function and perfectly acceptable for this purpose. Nice, pleasant and helpful staff, clean room.
The hotel's lack of it's own parking is not uncommon in resorts of this type and as such is not a problem as there is a convenient public car park with a short (2 - 3 mins) walk. However, the downside is that the council charge £10 for overnight parking which is about the most we have ever had to pay for this anywhere else we have stayed. This adds a significant cost to an overnight stay but is no fault of the hotel. Weston hotel owners should lobby the council for a better deal for overnight parking for hotel occupants.
The room had a strange smell to it like it hadn't had any air in it for a long time. The tv definitely needs an upgrade but for the money you pay the hotel was fine.
Liked the breakfast and the service on arrival and departure. Also a colleague arrived by chance who was stuck for somewhere to stay so was able to share my room , which was a twin, thereby halving the cost.
Didn't like the bathroom, which is in need of repair and update. On a more important issue, I did not appreciate being informed by the duty Manager that the SINGLE price for this twin room was £40 and NOT £60 which I was charged by Booking dot com. So come on Booking dot com, why the apparent overcharge and who pocketed the extra £20?
the staff , are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent value for money , the lift was a real bonus ,as we were on the 3rd floor, .
the rooms desperatly need updating , could do with nicer bedding and towels, although it was clean, it really needs the wallpaper and carpets renewing .wouldn't want to stay longer than our 3 days, but it was just a stop over to break our journey home.
Stsff was excellent. Nothing was too much ttouble for them.
The noise of the lift when you were trying ro sleep at night .

Very old in need of updating. Disappointing breakfast, ordered the continental breakfast from the menu but was brought something else as they didn't have what was offered but they didn't even ask me if I liked the alternative offered. Had to ask twice for pot of tea both mornings as they kept forgetting to bring it. Toast cold! In adequate parking cost £20 to park for two days in pay and display.

Hotel felt rather tired, en-suite was cramped. Parking was impossible; I think it is wrong to say that the hotel has free parking, when there are just five small spaces for 46 rooms. I wasted a lot of time each evening driving round trying to find a parking space on roads or in car park, which I then had to pay for!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Prompt attention with a problem in our room with TV and door lock. We cannot fault the staff. Entertainment in the evening if you like that sort of thing. Breakfast plentiful . We had a family room which was spacious.The main communal parts of the hotel were large and comfortable.
It was a bit dated and in need of a refurbishment. Our bed room could have been a lot cleaner. The quality of beds and pillows were poor. The bath room certainly needed attention.
Busy road small room needs redecorating and breakfast at eight is way to late as I start work at seven but for £30.00 for a night it is ok

The lift and corridors very narrow and tight for wheelchair after saying that owner and staff went out of their way to help and sort out problem.
Maybe the breakfast was possibly acceptable.
The bedroom was totally inadequate and extremely old fashioned. The bathroom was in desperate need of renovation.
Very limited parking (not what it says on Booking.com). Shower door broken & a grubby curtain hooked on instead. Very noisy once the band downstairs struck up. Breakfast not served until 8 am (My first meeting was 8 am 20 miles away). Maybe OK if you're on holiday but not if you just want a bed for the night on a business trip.

Rooms in need of refurbishment and a good clean. matresses needed replacing. noisy from ventilation fans on and off all night. View through grimy windows of wall, Shelf hanging off wall over sink. TV in one room not working properly faulty connection. Bathroom old and grimy really did not want to use it.
Close to prom, bed was comfortable
No parking. Lucky parking meters weren't operating yet, so got on street for free. Shower pressure was poor, just a trickle so no chance of washing my hair. Hotel hot as have heating on in the summer. Had fan and windows open but still cooking also couldn't turn it off.

Room: Toilet did not flush properly, bathroom could do with complete decoration as grout around bath was black, shower was like a trickle and if anyone flushed toilet water either turned boiling hot or freezing cold. Bed was not properly made, had to remake ourselves, dirty glasses not taken away. Bedroom was to hot and even had heating on in August. Dining Room: Could do with complete overhaul, we had 3 different tables during week long stay even thou we were told we should have had the same table during stay. Last day no tables available for us to sit at, staff had not got a clue where to sit us even thou I had complained the day before. Table cloth on one table was dirty for 3 days until I asked them to change it as I had got fed up at looking at the same dirty tablecloth. The three lads in dining area were not up to dining room standard and really should have training in customer service. The hotel feels like it is stuck in the 70's and would benefit from a complete decoration. No parking spaces available apart from 4 on the front of the hotel none of which could be reserved, this was difficult as we had an disabled person with us so had to drop him off then park up the hill if there was space, or park on public car park at a cost of £10 per night. As stated to the owner felt like a poor relation in comparison to other guests who were returning they appeared to be better looked after. Would not go back to this hotel
