The hotel was really well situated even at night you had a few buses that brought you there. Our room was big enought and clean!
The hotel had old fourniture and they ask you to leave really early when you check out.
The internet, breakfast inclusion & location are all a plus.
An updated, more inviting bathroom is definitely needed, When stating 'shared bathroom' - please annotate exactly how many people would be sharing it, as we didn't expect it to be the whole hotel.
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and excellent wifi. Location is great!
Bed was comfy and the room was clean. Surprised to see a kettle and tea in the room, plenty of cups for a double room. Bathroom was right next door, sharing with two other rooms but it was never occupant when I wanted it. TV was a nice addition too.
Floor was a bit lopsided No clear reception so was a bit confused when I came in.
Staff were always friendly and very helpful.
it close to the place which we've to go.
that's it .
Wifi, clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, very helpful staff.
Location location location Breakfasts were ample and good, hot and cold.
The place is really run down. The wifi worked poorly most of the time, not at all some of the time.
Location is great and beds are good.
No facilities and bathrooms are small. We slept with a family in a very small room. For one weekend it is ok, but shouldn't be there longer with a family. Breakfast was ok but the warm things too cold.
Shower Room. I stayed in a 4 persons room, the private Bathroom is extremely small and in order to get more space during shower, I need to open the shower glass door for the space is very limited.
The bed linen was clean. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was in walking distance of Oxford Street and the British Museum.
The room was extremely noisy. The en-suite bathroom had a strange smell. The shower head needed a good clean which put me off using it. It took an age for the water to come out of the taps - probably a plumbing issue. The whole bedroom needed a lick of paint at least.
Room was a little like a prison cell
The design, the staff, the room, the neighbourhood,
street noises in the morning
staff were really helpful, locaton is not in the center of London but it is in a cool area with its own charm.
Wireless internet tended to drop out.
very clean very polite staff easy booking good choice of breakfast 4 towels for one person
cooked breakfast items could have been hotter located on a busy road,so noisy at night and unable to open the windows due to noise
Re place feels like home. And the staff are awesome!
Friedly hotel situated in Bloomsbury. Nice area with lots to see. Small rooms but clean. Very generous breakfasts with large variety. Nice and helpful staff. Maria, Stockholm
Some sounds of traffic
-comfortable lounge, drinks self service. -friendly and accommodating reception staff. -hotel's convenience to Euston rail terminus. -hotel's location to the British Museum, British Library, Shaftesbury Ave. etc. -excellent bus and tube links to other London landmarks.
-front room subject to traffic noise. -took some time familiarising my room's annexe location with the rest of the hotel.
Comfortable beds/mattresses !
Typical basic city hotel. Shared bathroom (did not see that when I booked).
The first thing that struck me about Arran House Hotel was how in order everything was. Even the common room was perfectly tidy and check in was smooth and friendly. The room itself was small but well provisioned, there was a nice view from the window with tea and coffee making facilities. Over the bed was a television with cable and the bed itself was soft and clean.
The quality of wifi signal was very poor. The room was a little small, if I had been spending a lot of time in my room it would have been more of an issue but was fine for somewhere to sleep on a London trip.
On a busy road
Comfortable beds.Lovely breakfast.
Dirty towels under the sink, draws dusty, noisy
location and proximity to bars and restaurants. The Clark who was kind
restrooms and bathrooms outside room are dirty, filthy and do not preserve the intimacy of the guest. A truly disturbing experience. The juices for breakfast are pure sugar and chemicals. Very low quality ingredients.
Unclean. The room very very small. At 3 o'clock at night somebody started to move furniture for one hour... You have to share the bathroom with everybody and to look at the mess of the others. This is not 3* hotel. Maybe 1* The price and quality not adequate.
