Bed was large and comfy, wi-fi in room was good. Bathroom and bedroom largely clean. Staff were friendly. 24 hr access. Good price for the location.
Dusty round the edges. Lobby could do with some paint.
Everything from arrival to departure
Not applicable it was perfect
Convenience. Well organised breakfast room.
Returning frequently to a nice hotel in a grrat location.a friendly place and staff. Always good to be back.
Room was very small but clean and comfortable, opened to the garden Good breakfast selection
Bit chaotic at the breakfast buffet Night staff helpful but not very welcoming on arrival
Location is perfect. Good breakfast.
The hotel worn. Very small toilet and Shower. Water very slow in shower.
Friendliness of all staff.
Staff very helpful and friendly. We booked two days before our travel, booked the last twin with shared facilities yet on our arrival we had a family room with en-suite!
En-suite very small, however it serves it's purpose! Being told about local road works prior to visit.
If you like dancing trying having breakfast when the small breakfast room is full. Requires a good renovation.
breakfast staff cleanliness
beds & pillows (too hard) heating too warm doors banging late at night ( need oil)
Clean sheets and towels every day, friendly staff.Reasonably priced.
Needs updating, mould around windows and breakfast room, clean but scruffy basement.
good english breakfast pleasant staff well situated
small and old bathroom in our room not so easy to reach metro or buses not a lot of restaurants around for diner
We will definitely stay here again. Nothing was to mmuch trouble. The staff throughout were really friendly and welcoming. We left our cases there when we arrived, four hours before our check In time and again when we left. There is tea and coffee available in the comfy lounge.
Nothing bad to say
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
The bathroom room was a bit small and inadequate.
Location from Euston Station and close to the West End. Good family room but only a shared bathroom, which was in the description when we booked.
Breakfast was a scrum down with not much room. Window in the room was old and therefore noisy and drafty.
my girlfriend and I were set on staying in an authentic, beautifully intricate London Town house, and that's exactly what we got. Staff were friendly, the room was basic but good for the price. The toilets and shower are communal but doesn't feel like it as we never once had someone waiting outside of it to go in, and we never had to wait, the showers and toilet were bright, modern and clean, which was a major plus. I loved the style of the house, it felt really real to london; which is the experience we wanted when finding a hotel.
nothing really bad about it, other than the rooms being too basic or worn.
The breakfast is good and bathroom is clean. And it is Next to British museum is good for us too.
The room is a little bit small, and the facilities are quite "vintage". Overall is worth the money
Great all round stay. Comfy bed , clean sheets and towels.quiet room.plenty of tea ,coffee,in lounge. Pleasant staff.
Room was comfortable. Location was ideal as within walking distance of lots of sites of interest.
Shower room was extremely small but served its purpose.
The location was close to main station. Other shops and stores nearby. Staff very helpful.
The room was not like the one shown on website. Has not seen a paintbrush for some time. Definitely needs some work doing. No soap or shampoo. Small circular shower.
Uncomfortable bed, poor wifi connection and cold breakfast
Room had private bathroom
Poor wifi Room was extremely small could barely move
Very homely, clean and the staff helpful.
Close to downtown, subway, railroad station
Weird mouldy carpet, slow Wifi, some plugs not working, instead of broken heating a standalone radiator, very bad water pressure, low quality mattress
Our first impression on entering the property we were quite surprised as to how big it was we were greeted by Raqkesh who was a very pleasent & helpfull young man,he made us feel welcome straight away ,we were on the ground floor as requested for my husband who has a dissability ,,the room was clean and very cosy ,the bathroom with a shower was very small but managable ,we would def stay there again .staff very helpfull breakfast hot and fresh ,plenty choice of fruit ,yoghurts cearels ,tea ,coffee, juices.and in the lounge plenty mags and daily papers to read or tv to watch .
There was nothing we felt was worthy of a negative comment ,apart from the bathroom being on the small side ,but it was good use of a small space .
