Great location, clean/well maintained facility and reasonably friendly staff who also maintained some international electrical adapters. 1.The room was extremely small; 2.The windows were not sound proof (and quite some road/street noise because of that in the night); 3. Not a great climate control system (turned out to be extremely hot in the room in the middle of a November!!) |

It was not close to public transport. The rooms were tiny. The "restaurant" was basic at best. I would have paid £50 for a room here. |

The hotel is located within Picadiyi line that makes it easy to travel and reach the hotel from the airport. the hotel is close to the tube station. the breakfast is sufficient. the heating system was not operated properly. it sometimes was cold in the room. |

Friendly staff Light bulb out in main light. Impossible to fill kettle without using cups or the shower. |

the room was not clean, the walls were not clean and staff didn't seam bothered that it wasn't of a good standard. Bed sheets and towels were ok but not some where i would stay again. |

It was close to train station nice bathroom The man who was on the desk at night was most helpful. I thought the covers could have been better There not enough lights. |

strugle to sleep due to the heat in the room strugled to sleep due to the heat in the room then opened the window and the noise kept me up |

The short distance from one of the main train stations (the King's Cross) and the tube. The radiators were switched on the highest setting all the time which made intolerable at night time... |

I found the staff friendly, really helpful and polite. The ensuite was really clean with good quality towels. The tea and coffee facilities were fresh and the kettle was new. The bedroom was quite small, there was a full size fridge in the bedroom that made the room incredibly hot...I was unable to open the window consequently I hardly slept. The carpet was quite stained and there was a broken telephone socket handing from the wall. |

I liked the location, convenient for the reason of my visit to london The room was very very Small, Very Very Hot, and the windows could be opened but wouldn't stay open,heating could not be turned off unable to sleep due to heat |

Your staff tried to cheat me out of money, "arranging" what turned out to be a five mintue cab ride to Euston Station for 24£ - it included £8 for our 3 pieces of luggage. Luckily the cab they called was late, so we hailed one on the street and got there for £4.80, total. Shame on all of you. |

The rooms were clean. Room too small, staff was unfriendly except one person, too loud, paid for wifi but never could use it, paying with card will increase payment by 3,5% |
