Beds were comfortable. Great value for money. Excellent location. Friendly and informative staff.
Well located, near to public transport.
No Wi-fi free.
ideal for kings cross staitionnothing
efficient and easy
none I knew what to expect
Location of the hotel was good.
Upon check-in after midnight I had to wait 15 minutes outside before someone appeared despite ringing the doorbell and several phone calls. Worst part is the person checking me in didn't show any empathy for the fact this was not a pleasant experience, standing in front of a hotel for 15 minutes, after mid-night, alone.
Location, friendliness of staff.
Rooms were a bit dark. Walls to rooms were very thin so you could hear next door's tv, not good if you want to sleep. No double glazing so was a bit noisy as is on a main road.
Location, only a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross train station.
The room, it was very small and dated (circa 1970's) with wooden panelling. It also smelt a bit musky. We also had to ask for more pillows as the two that were there were only about 2 inches thick and the mattress was old and uncomfortable!
Located near St Pancras/ Kings Cross Station so convenient for exploring London and for Stansted Airport connections. Were visiting London for a rugby match so met our needs. There were 5 in the group. Staff at reception were friendly. Able to store our luggage on day of check-out for a token fee.
Probably not ideal for a romantic weekend! It is cheap and cheerful with no frills. it provides a bed for the night and a base to stay while you go to a match or wander around London. But it is not noisy and it is clean.
Cheap price，friendly staff, good location, clean room
Bed is too soft
Great location and lovely staff
Location was good for Kings Cross station and underground, room very very basic but clean
Bathroom clean and "new" looking.
Shower barely had enough pressure to stand under + shower head so caked with limescale that virtually no water came out.
TV. Clean, good space for hanging clothes, clean bathroom.
Bed next to window on a very cold night. Not enough bedding.
Location and convenience at a sensible price.
Room a little bit gloomy due to lower basement level location but really a problem.
Would have liked a fridge
The breakfast!! £2.50/day The location was ideal for my trip The staff were welcoming
The wifi was poor despite the £5/day it cost Room was narrow but it served it's purpose For a quiet room, it was quite noisy, I suspect the other rooms that weren't classified as quiet would be worse!
location price staff
having to pay extra for Wifi which didnt work having to pay per device
Clean. Hot water. Comfy bed each time I have stayed. staff always very pleasant
Not a criticism, but If at the front of the hotel, the road is busy, so can be noisy if you like the window open
Good welcome. Helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent value formoney.either
Room was small
Very good location. Staff extremely helpful
Room was very small
Staff were helpful location was okay
Was not happy hotel was dirty rooms wear small and very dirty was terriable at night from traffic and people talking breakfast was not great overall i wasnt happy would never stay here again
I hope they provide free wifi...
Near King Cross station. We had a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single. For the price we paid it was ok. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Dirty, the bathroom wall was not cleaned for a long time and smelled funny.
I only needed a hotel for the night and it was perfect for that. The staff were great about me arriving late at night and it is so close to transport, which is a huge reason I picked it.
The room was small but it wasn't an issue
Ideal for short stay. Room was tidy, clean and offered everything needed.
