Place was spotlessly clean.friendly receptionists.proximity to railway station.

Breakfast room a little too small.on one occasion had to wait for a table.

The staff is very good and location.

Breakfast was very poor ,there is no fork on breakfast also. Few days in the morning there was not hot water,room very small.

We liked where it was situated not far from the train station.

The breakfast was pretty good.We have warm water all the time.

We booked a real room,not a basement!!The room didn't have to switch for the radiator.As a result the room has almost 30 degrees!!The room wasn't cleaned up during our 5days stay.

The Entrance to the Hotel could be improved, it just doesn't look very welcoming. The dining room could be bigger, but it all seemed to work out eventually when everyone arrived at once!

The location was handy - just a short walk from Euston and from there to my event at the Business Design Centre, in Islington. The bed was comfortable.

The accommodation was extremely basic and noise levels were quite high due to very thin walls/ceilings. Also, breakfast offered very poor choice.

Shoddy room. Noise of traffic. Dirty walls. Walls so thin we could hear the movements of next-door guest.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I liked the location and smart, bright appearance of the hotel, both inside and outside, and the comfort and cleanliness of my room, and the decor of the hotel in general. I enjoyed lovely breakfasts and appreciated the extremely helpful waitresses. In all, I enjoyed my experience there very much.

There was nothing at all that I didn't like. No complaints , only praise.

Close to the underground and city centre.Good breakfast, toast, cheese, ham, tea, coffee, yogurt, juice. A wide choice.

The lift didn´t work.

After visiting on this occasion I found a great deal had improved from my previous visit. I was truly impressed. It was two or three years ago when I visited and thought it could do with refurbishment. Saying that I found the staff to be extremely helpful and only to glad to make our visit worthwhile and a pleasure. I will certainly be recommending your hotel to friends.

The hotel was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. We would probably consider staying at this hotel again if we were able to book a genuine twin-bed room.

I am not able to say whether the price charged represented value for money because we have not used other London hotels. Breakfast was as advertised – basic - but the breakfast-room was very small and waiting for a table was inevitable at peak times. We felt that our room should not have been offered as a twin bedded room because of its small size and narrow shape. It is the first time that we have seen two single beds end-to-end rather than side-by-side. As a result the tv set which was mounted 2 metres up on the wall between the beds. Which were more than 1 metre apart, could be viewed by only one person at a time sitting on one bed (no chair). On the second day of our 4-day stay there was no hot water. This was rectified within 30 minutes of advising reception.

Very helpful reception staff. Neat, clean rooms - we had 3. The beds were comfortable with very good quality linen.

All 3 rooms were too hot all night. The window was difficult to open and wouldn't stay up so we were uncomfortable. Inadequate breakfast seating. Staff were run off their feet; probably needed more help. Poor choice of breakfast cereal and food: geared towards Continental rather than British clients e.g. No Marmalade for toast! Disturbed very early in morning by noisy children in room above but this not really fault of management.

Staff was great and very pleasant place to stay. We traveled and were in and out of the hotel. This hotel was perfect for our travel needs. Nice breakfast served too.

We were no the 3rd floor and a opened window was our only way cooling off our room.

Location is good

It is misrepresentation. The adverts and pictures on booking.com are not what you get in the hotel. The hotel is a poor standard and much less than the expectation set by the photos. I have used Other hotels in similar price range and found these to be reasonable and as expected, this was not the case with the Arriva hotel.

The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.
