Convenient location near Kings Cross St Pancras, 24-hr reception desk. I felt safe. Accommodations are basic but comfortable and had all the amenities I was looking for (wifi, en suite, coffee in room, shuttle service to Heathrow). Despite being on somewhat noisy street and a fullly booked hotel my room was amazingly quiet. Booking.com website indicated that I could pay with travelers' checks and avoid the 3.5% credit card fee but it turned out they didn't accept travelers' checks. Because they wanted payment on arrival I didn't have (didn't make) time to go to a bank. Would recommend if you want to avoid the fee to have enough cash on hand at arrival. |

I liked the confortable room, the cleanliness and good breakfast, the nearest to the King's Cross station, the position is very good because you can go everywhere in london with the metro. |

The man on reception was helpful when we rang to locate the hotel. The lift wasn't working, we were on about the 5th floor and no-one offered to assist us. There was a ladder on the stairs also. Given that this is presumably a fire escape I was not impressed. |

clean rooms, good location, okay breakfast poor internet connection in rooms. If booked with discount it is worth its money but definitely not for the full price. |

Good location near Kings Cross. Price was correct. The hotel is in good condition and clean. Has the necesary confort without any luxury. Water doesn't get warm enough at "rush hour" (breakfast). Breakfast could use more variety. |

The first room we were allocated had no electricity. The second room had a camp bed for a double bed and was extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was extremely basic. |

The hotel was in a good location for access to my work at Kings Cross Railway station, and a good location for i guess tourists being 5 mins walk form St Pancras and Kings Cross. i would say it was a little over priced for the room and facilities compared to others i have stayed at within the same area. |

Cleanliness was great, crisp cotton sheets, en suite facilities excellent, tv and tea and coffee at hand. thank you 2 of the 4 staff were a bit grumpy, but nothing major. I was so excited I wanted them to share that. |

stay at the hotel standart was what I had expected for the price, it was a good service that we could store our luggage the last day of kl. 11 Am to kl. 03 pm so we got something out of the last day. There is a lack of information on that you must pay a fee using Visa cards, was present when we were ordering room, there was an opportunity to bring cash. |

the bethroom was nice and clean, the bed was ok and the room inclusive of the carpet was clean and tidy. If the hotel cannot assure that the wireless internet connection works they should not promote it! That's why I cannot recommend this hotel for business purpose. Business people rely on this facility. |

Quiet street in a central location. Buffet breakfast was not very interesting (not much besides Coco Pops and instant coffee). Best to skip it entirely and have a better breakfast elsewhere. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
Best value central London 3* hotel - book now and save! The hotel is ideally placed in the West End and is close to many of the top tourist attractions. |
Great value for money hotel, located just off a quiet square near the rail and tube stations at London's Kings Cross. |
This hotel in the Cosmopolitan town of London is ideally located 100 metres from King's Cross Station. We offer very competitively priced rooms which are perfect for the business or leisure guest. |
