Your staff tried to cheat me out of money, "arranging" what turned out to be a five mintue cab ride to Euston Station for 24£ - it included £8 for our 3 pieces of luggage. Luckily the cab they called was late, so we hailed one on the street and got there for £4.80, total. Shame on all of you. |

The rooms were clean. Room too small, staff was unfriendly except one person, too loud, paid for wifi but never could use it, paying with card will increase payment by 3,5% |

The best thing of this hotel is, it is preety close to the king's cross station. within the budget. breakfast was not that impressive. but hotel was clean. After staying in this hotel i stayed in another hotel for a week..then i came to know the beauty of this hotel. The other hotels(not all) in this area are very cozy and stair cases are like mountains...small and stiff....try guys..good one in the targeted budget.. Breakfast was not very good....same food everyday. |

Location is very good for rail links. The breakfast is in need of serious improvment. |

The reception and breakfast room staff were all very friendly, the breakfast included in the room rate was OK and the room I stayed in on the third floor was very quite. My room and the bathroom were very dirty! |

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the location was not too noisy. The breakfast was rather simple and basic, but it was quite adequate. The staff were very cheerful and friendly. For the low price, all this was very good value. |

Location. It was close to the tube station. The room was really very small and the breakfast was quite basic. It is suitable for a short stay. |

The location was good, close to where I needed to be, the staff was adecuate Cold water in the mornings, no matter how much they told us it would get warmer during the day, it didn't and it was just not ok. The room was small, and not comfortable. Carpeting inside and outside the rooms did not look very clean at all. |

It's really close to Sf Pancras Station (about 15mins) and it's suitable for short visits (1-2 nights). The room was pretty small, but comfy. Cable tv & wireless internet. |

I got upgraded to a double bedroom instead of the single I booked. The location was okay, not that far from Kings Cross, some nice pubs around the corner. I wasn't really too keen on the gum stuck on the bedboard and on the carpet. The towels didn't get changed once in my 6 night stay, even when they lay on the floor. |

Looks sad and unloved from the outside-every thing is wore and dated; with a musty smell. We left and first light-without trying the free breakfast. Staying was Only One step up from a park bench!! stale Smell in the hotel and room-water to shower was a dribble? the beds where old coil springs-the traffic noise was high do to keeping the window open for fresh air? The room was near the lift and a cattle drive never stopped moving outside are 3rd floor room most of the night?? |

It was quiet, therefore no problems sleeping when anticipating an early start the next day. The bathroom was extremely cramped. The remote control to the tv did not work, the tv hurt my neck to watch it because of being too high on the wall. The breakfast was in a time warp.I hoped for brown bread, am allergic to milk and butter, but there were no alternatives when I asked for some soya milk,so I had to eat and drink stuff i am allergic to! |

Hotel staff (young man)on 27.09.2009 midnight was very friendly. (from 27.09.2009 00:00) Bad smell in toilet. Breakfast too bad. Too noisy, I can hear other room door closing sound easily. Wireless network speed too slow, and Arriva charge me 5 pounds more! Hotel staff (old man) on 26.09.2009 evening was not friendly . |
