The receptionist (Laura I think she was called) was incredibly helpful.

Had a great stay once again. Made to feel welcome as always. The hotel is situated in a prime location to explore the fabulous countryside. Had a couple of small issues but they were resolved so quickly & efficiently. Looking forward to returning soon....

Plumbing - no cold water in room if other guests using at same time (scary if you want to go for a shower thinking the cold could go off at any time!!) Breakfast - serving half a potato scone as part of a full breakfast is a bit mean

More attention need for cleaning

I loved the location,

The bathroom was dirty, the food wasn't Brill, the fee was alot when you looked at what you got, the hotel me and my partner agreed was like the shining old and empty, not atmosphere would not recommend, we would adviseto stay at the village inn arrochar a lot better as we stayed there the year before and we had a great time

The price was very low. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient.

The food was rather ordinary. The vegetables were usually overcooked. The shower room was in poor shape. The lock on the door was broken as was the toilet seat. There was nowhere to put soap in the shower.

The staff were very good and the room keeping was spot on

There was not a real ale on tap and the bar menu there was not much to choose from the mains section

Cheerful friendly staff

Facilities are basic and the infrastructure is not well maintained. The food is unexciting but edible.

Excellent value for money and very attentive staff who were not obtrusive.

On leaving the person at reception tried to charge us for items we had not had - and although she accepted our assertion we left feeling we were not believed - which spoilt an otherwise excellent stay.
