Really comfortable bed
There was noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom.
That was the most uncomfortable bed I've had in a hotel and stay 2 to 3 nights per week in hotels. Decor or the room was poor, there was a power box in the room that buzzed all night. Breakfast wasn't there at 7 when I came down. Generally poor hotel.
Not very clean bed was shocking
Girl who checked us in at Reception was really nice.
Terrible attitude of night staff towards women.
i like how the staff went out of their way to help you
Breakfast was terrible..!!!!!!!!!!!
Staff excellent, made us feel very welcome
The room was very dusty and there was mould in the bathroom there were also large chips in the bathtub
Friendly Reception staff & bar staff
The on site Indian restaurant was excellent and very good value with an all you can eat buffet, with lots of choice, only £12.50
Nothing to dislike.
I've stayed here a few times in the past and like every other stay it's been great. The staff always make the stay a welcome one and the barman (Alan) was brilliant
Great location for the centre, its such a shame about the quality of the room. We will definitely not be returning.
In desperate need of replacing the whole bathroom, poor grouting of the titles to black mould in-between titles. Dirty marked curtains, old untidy looking skirting boards. The bed felt as if it was going to fall apart every time you sat on it. The whole hotel also stank of curry, which was not pleasant when we went out in the town.
The location is undoubtedly good right next to Central Station
The bathroom was not thoroughly clean with a bit of a nasty smell and no grout on the floor tiles. The wifi was so weak that I couldn't pick up emails when connected. The bed was ok but I could feel and hear the springs. Overall not ideal for my business trip.
Location, staff, bar.
Room, bed and shower
Very quiet. Staff excellent. Overall very good, no complaints
Breakfast was very greasy
Very good central location. The price matched the standard of accomodation.
The place simply isn't clean enough. Even the kettle provided in the room was grubby on the outside. The street noise when sleeping made it hard to get to sleep.
Very friendly staff, always smiling and extremely helpful. Will book the Artto again , no hesitation.
Over all very happy
Junkie injecting himself across the road Bed uncomfortable Noisy Breakfast disgusting Rooms tiny Not good value for money. Got grabbed by drunk man outside reception door.
Was only city centre hotel available for my date in my budget.
Tiny room. Hair drier missing.
Fantastic central location. Comfortable bed. Handwash, hair and body wash provided. Staff polite and friendly.
Reception & bar area very welcoming. Food good and reasonable and served late. Staff great.
Stale smell of smoke in our room - due to lateness of arrival we just stayed in it and reported next day. Looking a little tired in some areas.
Warm and helpful
