Value for money and friendly staff
Hotel was in a good spot for shopping and night life
There was no heating on the room on arrival them again later that night and room was cold through the night. In the morning on heating again and no hot water to get washed waste our over night with the issues
Very good location, friendly staff
Toilet.", room not very clean. Breckfast
The room was pleasant. And spacious.
BUT.. The room was freezing.
It did what its says on the tin.
The staff were very friednly and helpful. Room basic but clean
Could be noisy at night
Staff were very nice and the food was excellent, we will be using this hotel again.
The beds were very soft and noisy.
Good location. Nice friendly staff. Nice bar downstairs. Warm room.
No hot water in shower. Two lights in room not working. Bed not comfortable, could feel all the springs, akin to mattress in student accommodation! Not what I expected for a single room at £60+ pounds. Poor tv reception. Wifi not in rooms.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location, you could come back to hotel to unload and go back to shops
The bed was awful, you could feel springs sticking through
Location Bar Friendly atmosphere Price Bathroom
Could be updated décor in room And cosier duvet/pillows
The smell of curry with breakfast
The staff really go the extra mile, they are friendly helpful & nothing is too much trouble .. can't wait to return!! ...
Cheery, friendly staff. Pleasant room with everything you could wish for supplied. Excellent shower.
City noise. But what else could you expect? This is in the middle of a city!
The location was very convenient and the staff were excellent. We will stay again when we come back in March.
Room was basic and small bed cheap rubbish
I have stayed here a few times and I have always found that the staff are all so helpful and friendly, a warm welcome all round. The hotel itself is conveniently situated for the centre of Glasgow & train station. Well done...
Right opposite train station easy to find
Everything in this hotel is impeccable. From the comfort and price of the rooms to the quality of the food. (Bombay Blues restaurant). Right beside the main glasgow train station. Staff are ever so friendly and i look forward to going back in the near future
Nothing. this was my 3rd time to stay here and i have yet to find fault
Clean and modern Lovely powerful shower and bath Everything I needed for a comfortable nights stay at a reasonable price. Will recommend to friends
Location is great. Friendly staff. Hotel bar is really good. Our room had damp stains above the door, and the toilet flush was temperamental, but overall a great hotel.
Damp above door, toilet flush not working often
Location Really good value for money in a central location
Bedroom a bit cool at times Bathroom a bit dated and worn out
The staff were really helpful and friendly
Central location and friendly staff.
Room overlooked the outside smoking area which made it very noisy. Bed was uncomfortable
Great location. Central to Argyle Street and right across from Central Station. Includes wifi and staff were friendly. Price was reasonable at £44/night. I would stay there again for that price. Cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job with towels. Shower was very high pressure (and hurt at first) but found out that you can control the pressure via the tap. At high pressure the shower head does slowly rise from pointing downward to pointing at your face. I found out the hard way.
Very noisy with the pubs on the street and Central Station right across form the hotel. The windows were old and drafty resulting in cold nights and lots of street noise. Did not like that baggage storage was in the handicap washroom floor since it smelled very much like a washroom. Not a big deal but the TV channels were limited compared to other places we stayed at in Scotland. Saw some hair on the bed linen. Not sure if that was mine or it was poor cleaning.
