Excelent Location And Staff

Room was a little bit dated and needed updating

Very cozy. Felt very safe and enjoyed the friendliness of the staff.

No shampoo. Akward to squeeze the soap dispenser. The room was a bit too small for any kind of lengthy stay.

Location The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful I would certainly stay with you again,but would like a better room.

The "Double Room" No 305 was much too small.Wardrobe space was almost nil.

Like the silence and comfort of the location.

Mattresses are too old! Springs were digging into me! Toilets didn't flush!

I have stayed here a few times and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It is so conveniently situated in the heart of the city & good value for money.

Just a pity I had to spend 5 to 10 mins attempting to enter my room on several occasions because the battery in the door lock required changing.

Way better than my expectations I must say after read all comments. Definitely I go back again.

Toilet didn`t flush very well but it was ok. Didn`t complaint about it

I only stayed overnight,I found the staff that I spoke too, were friendly,helpful,& courteous,I'll be back.

I booked into a single room,it was on the small side,when I return I shall choose a twin room and that should sort out my problem of suffering from Claustro phobia.

Surprisingly quiet central location fit for for our one overnight stay. Shower and hot water excellent. Controllable heating and good hairdryer.. Room fitted out well for one overnight.

Bed could have been more comfortable. The mattress springs could be felt. We'd be happier if the management took a look at this.

Location of the hotel is in prime position for shops bars & nightlife .

The location was excellent as it was right next to Glasgow Central Rail Station. The staff were pleasant and very helpfull.

The shower was broken but usable. The noise level both outside and from the adjoining rooms was quite loud but as I am heavy sleeper this did not affect me.

Stay there in march for two very cold days. Room was very cozy, warm, with a great bed, pillows and blanket. Shower was very good with great water pression and plenty of hot water. Great location for those how gone use the train station or to explore the city center.

A little expenseve, but this is normal for Glasgow. Internet only work at lobby.

Good location and comfortable bar area. Also, the manager was wonderful and fully refunded me due to there being no hot water.

The first room we were given was a little unclean and instead of a double bed it was two singles pushed together. Unfortunately there was no hot water the next day so my partner and I could not bath or shower.

Fantastic hotel! I'm glad I've found this as I'll use it again! Next door to train station so great location! Lovely bar, very trendy!! Small reception, but all that's needed really. The bedroom was spacious and extremely clean. Fantastic price for what you get. Friendly staff too.., Great wee find!
