reception had no knowledge of our booking and was uninterested, ended up with a Coach House room freezing cold as heat had not been on for several days. Lots of protocols and un-nessary as well as an old tube television in room. |

Location. And the bread wine and cheese we had on the saturday. It was very relaxing environment. The bed was the smallest double and most uncomfortable bed we have ever seen / slept in. The noise from the people coming and leaving their rooms was awefull. Shook the whole room. |

Spacious room and the location. Decor perhaps a little dated in the bedroom and some of the doors required a good clean or repainting. |

Friendly staff, although service at breakfast was slow. This was not a busy period either. Hotel had a central location for the city, and car parking was very useful. Overall a pleasent experience, but the tarriff ,a little overpriced |

Very good location (5-10 min walk from the city centre), kind staff, warm environment (especially at the restaurant). The room heating was automatically turned off during night, so later at night and in the morning the room was getting quite cold. The continental breakfast should have included some meat (eg some ham). |

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Steepness and number of stairs. We were on the third floor and with no lift reaching our room was very difficult. We booked online and as a result we had no idea of the problem. |

Able to walk into Cambridge. Good breakfast, speedy service On arrival, reception staff very unfriendly and not welcoming. No eye contact, no smile. Equally the same for the bar staff - desperate to close bar earlier than advertised. |
