Friendly staff, effecient service. Nice conservatory where we ate breakfast - which was also very nice. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Decor a bit dated but everything was clean. Not great water pressure in shower. No welcome pack so we didn't know what the Wifi code was and too late to go ask.

Arundel is quite a popular place, and this is reflected in the price of the hotels in the area. However, this hotel was one of the the better value ones. Considering the other hotel's prices. The hotel was simple, very clean, 1 minute walk from the train station and 4 minutes walk from the town centre. The breakfast was lovely, cooked to order, and the waitress was happy to take special requests.

The staff weren't rude - but they weren't overly friendly either. Not very talkative. The bar didn't have much of an atmosphere, as we were the only people in there and felt a bit like we were inconveniencing the barman by being there. I prefer a firm mattress, but the one we had was really soft and squishy - I think it had a memory foam topper on it. Some people like this but I woke up with an aching shoulder. The decor was quite dated, so don't book this if you prefer something modern. It didn't bother us too much though, it gave it character.

Everything. The greeting was welcoming and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. An ideal location and excellent value for money.

Nothing was too much trouble. All our needs were met and the room was comfy and well laid out. Plenty of space and airy. Shutters on the windows kept the traffic noise to a mimimum Food was well cooked and nicely presented and we received everything we asked for and how we liked it cooked. Their aim was to please and we were pleased.

Car park a bit scary at night with all the trees etc. I would not want to go to my car late at night if I was on my own. No security lights for night.

Very friendly clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and tea making facilities in the room. Parking very good. We would definitely come back when we are in the area.

The hotel was fine and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Nice large sunny room, bed was a bit hard, but was ok, Breakfast was good, fresh and nicely served. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed for more.

The hotel is p[leasant enough but is in need of a makeover as wood and exterior is very pooras are the gardens the door lrading to the rooms opens outward onto the top step and is a fire door but it hampers any effort to carrt cases to the rooms as you have to struggle past the door to access the landing staff are pleasant and the food was good but it really needs some time and money spent on it to make it an attractive proposition as it obviously once was. I would happily pay the cost of the room if the hotel looked more appealing from the exterior but in its present condition it is overpriced in comparison to other hotels in the area
