We really enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant. Was a suny morning, relaxable, great to start a beautiful day! Thanks. Our room was a bit noisy because it was next to the busy road.

The hotel was fine and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Nice large sunny room, bed was a bit hard, but was ok, Breakfast was good, fresh and nicely served. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed for more. We have no complaints at all - met with all our expectations

We had the deluxe double room and it was lovely - very spacious and bright. Large shower cubicle. Even a comfy rocking chair! The breakfast was excellent and is taken in the very pleasant conservatory. Unfortunately although the hotel is very well located to explore Arundel. It is just by the station. However, it is also right next to the A27 and the traffic did not stop all night. We like to sleep with a window open but it was really too noisy to do so. Also, my husband who has a bad back did not find the mattress to be comfortable.

Pleasant room, easily accessible on the ground floor. TV now gets Freeview, which is an improvement. Gardens seemed in better shape this year. Breakfast excellent, as always. Difficult to turn out onto very busy road which runs past the hotel.

We liked the friendliness, comfortable beds, extremely clean bathroom/wc proximity to the town of Arundel and excellent value. Not a complaint as such but would have liked a sample toothpaste in room as forgot ours!

Lovely location close to inland and coastal destinations. Friendly staff. Good breakfast & comfortable rooms. Upgraded to double room at single tariff. Some main road noise but this didn't deter from my stay. No restaurant facility just bar.
