Ascott Hotel  

I have stayed at The Ascott many times and i have never been dissapointed. This is a freindly, well run, stylish hotel. The breakfast Is Excellent, good choice. Nice coffee! The rooms are decorated in a luxurious boutique style that the big city centre hotels lack! It only takes 12 min to get into city centre on train. There is a great selection of bars and places to eat close bye. I would highly recommend The Ascott, A good hotel and great value for money!

Warm welcome from the staff, lovely room,very clean, great facilities, fantastic value for the quality of the hotel and close to tram, bus and train station routes into Manchester. Would definately recommend and if in the area would stay here again without a doubt. Many thanks for a comfortable stay and wonderful weekend break. 100% happy with our choice of this hotel.

Good size to the rooms. Very clean and well presented. Lots of Tea and Coffee in the rooms and towels were also provided. Very close to the station and easy to find,

Was unable to pay for breakfast on card and this was not mentioned before I went down for breakfast. Would be better if this was mentioned and i would have taken cash with me.

Staff are very friendly and were very helpful. The room was clean and just right along with a great breakfast the following day. will be returning as the location is 5 minutes walk to the tram station which takes you into the centre of Manchester at a cost of 2.80 return! cant go wrong. Parked my car at the hotel no problem.

Cosy rooms with lots of effort made to make you feel at home unlike a hotel. Breakfast was superb with good menu choices.

Car park was quite tight and quite a floor boards in my room creaked which became annoying.

fantastic accomadation with an excellent breakfast. will always try to stay here on visits to manchester.

The owners and staff take their jobs seriously.

My stay at the Ascott Hotel can only be described as superb. My room was excellent, it was obvious a lot of time and effort had gone into the decor and design of the room and this was one of the cheaper rooms !! The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The choice for breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to a high standard and well presented.

Nothing at all. I felt if there was any problem the staff were very approachable and it would have been dealt with.

Hotel ok but a little tired I would like to know how it has a 4 star aa rating it is only a three star .

The staff were great. It was comfortable ,welcoming and the food was good.

We were made very welcome by the owners who were very friendly and helpful in giving us advice on the best way to get around town. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with good service and attention to detail. The hotel was everything we wanted for our short break in Manchester.
