Ascot Hyde Park Hotel

Siivooja kävi päivittäin huoneessa ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin.

Aamupalavalikoima oli suppea eikä aamupalatilakaan ollut hääppöinen. "Sisääntuloaula" oli ahdas käytävä.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä.

Hotellista olleen kuvat eivät vastanneet ollenkaan todellisuutta! Ruokatilan kuvakin oli viereisestä ravintolasta. Hinta laatu suhde ei ollut todellakaan kohdillaan. Käykää itse katsomassa paikan päällä ennen kuin luokittelette 4:n tähden hotelliksi!! Hotelli olisi ollut kiva ja ok ehkä 2 tähden hotelliksi, korkeintaan 2,5 . Faktoja pöytään eikä asiakkaiden huijausta! Tapasimme toisenkin suomalaisjoukon jotka olivat erittäin pettyneitä hotelliin, ei vastannut odotuksia! Hotellin kriteereinä valinnassa olivat kylpyamme, fööni sekä aamupala. Kylpyammeessa ei ollut tulppaa, fööni ei toiminut ja aamupala oli muutama paahtoleipä, pala leikkelettä ja marmelaadia, ehkä mehu lasi ja kahvi kuppi.

Hotelli vastasi hyvin matkan tarkoitusta joka oli päivät Wimbledonissa ja yöt hotellissa!

Ei erityisemmin, hissi kovin hidas -))

Hyvällä paikalla Badingtonin aseman vieressä.

Huonossa kunnnossa, rapistunut ja hissin toiminta arvelutti. Ovet lonksuivat tuulessa ja lukot ovissa olemattomat. Aamiaisella joutui jonottamaan istumapaikkaa.

Hyvä sijainti, yhteydet hyvät

Huone 3 h:n todella pieni,mutta näin kai Lontoossa laajemminkin

It was a great hotel for what we were looking for. basically somewhere to sleep. really close to the tube station which can bring you pretty much anywhere. pretty good hotel overall. enjoyed our trip... Location and price were good.

Nada. Nothing at all

It's a very horrible place, you can hear the train each 5 minutes departure from Paddintong. I paid a good room but I had to sleep in a coffin room 2m x 1,5 m(I have photo) without bathroom not even wardrobe. They are a professionals swindlers. Son unos estafadores profesionales.Cuando llegué me dijeron que me habían mandado 2 emails (Falso) diciendo que mi tarjeta no era válida (Falso). Por tanto mi habitación estaba ocupada pero podían ofrecerme una habitación ataúd sin baño y sin armario de 2m de largo por 1,5m de ancho (tengo fotos), eso sí al mismo precio que la habitación normal. Lo peor de todo es que está situado al lado de la estación de Paddington y cada 5 minutos oyes como salen los trenes...Y me costó que me dieran la factura.

Nothing at all I have stayed in some dumps in my life but none as expensive as this one as I write this I am in the Rydges Plaza Dubai for the same amount. I askeed the reception who was called Ahmed if I could have a wake up call to catch my flight and was told that the equipment was broken and they are too busy at 8 am to call anyone also ther was no hot water and I complained and the same night receptionist told me I could do whatever i liked but it was not his fault. At breakfast when I was sent next door it was closed and the girl arrived late. However the day recptionist was very appologetic and took me to another cafe where they gave me breakfast. You should not include this hotel as it reflects on your quality of service as well.

when i got there they put in 9a craven road which is 2doors away from 11 craven road moved next mornning into hotel.nothing atall lick there web site.ask member of staff if he would clean table for me told me to do it myself,he did it when i told he he worked her notme.

Its location

My hotel room was in an annex and i had to climb three flights of stairs to get to my room

The lift as it is so antiquated and is in dire need of being replaced it takes forever to reach one floor and that's after waiting for over fifteen minutes as it bypasses the Reception and goes straight to the Basement everytime and nothing anyone can do about it.
