The services was very bad from the customer service I am not going there any more
It's cheap and good location
Excellent once again.
the lift was so noisy street windows broken staff not polite no very happy to tell u the truth but one good thing the price is good for staying =.
Cost of wifi per hour expensive, wifi would have been great as majority of the local hotels offer this facility included in costs. Not a good impression for foreign travellers. No lift
shame the windows rattled so much
easy reach for train station
not enough pillows supplied
Clean new bathroom, tiny but new
Old furniture, windows and tv on the wrong place
no duva just a little cover in winter, freezing. Radiators need bleeding. Me and my family were in a room next to a lift which was old and VERY noisy so we all had a terrible sleep. Loose tiles in bathroom, tv remote broke, the list is endless.
I've been staying in this particular hotel for a few times now. & it's great! Great room size. very clean! Comfortable. Everything you'd want in a hotel. Peace & quite. Bathroom sizes are good as well. I've enjoyed it every time. Fantastic location and good price! You'll never be let down!
Lift did not work.
Very good location
Booked a room for two people, got a room with four beds
All the rest. Quite poor
Location, just next to Paddington station.
Very noise inside the hotel no wifi at all, even though you have to pay £5 only works in the reception area where is 2 uncomfortable chairs to seat. lift wasn't working at night and have to claim 5 floors with luggage
Great location Reasonable price Got a triple room although I booked a single
Extra charge for the internet Somebody's hair on my towel Super slow elevator Thin walls (one can clearly understand the conversation people in the next room are having)
Tea making facilities
Ideal overnight stop in London prior to flight
Not the best Breakfast I've ever tasted.
Location Clean Flat screen TV
Paying for WiFi Room on the 5th floor with narrow stairs
Very convenient for Paddington station. The staff were friendly and polite and the room was warm and clean.
There was no plug in the basin in the bathroom. There was only one pillow each and no glasses for water. We had to use the teacups for everything. The room was quite poky and needed redecorating and the side of the bath did not fit properly. The shower was inadequate also. . Breakfast was adequate, but the bacon was not very nice.
Proximity to Paddington Station.
Breakfast. One look at the breakfast offerings and I just walked out. Two shops up the road to the local Italian cafe. FAR better value for money.
Room very clean, very quiet, slept very well
Coffé machine broken, no batteries in the TV remote control
Well one of my friends visited me just for couple of hours and the staff demanded me £25/visit (they said visitors aren't allowed) so I had to pay £25 which is crazy!!!! No one would like this and that's why I would never stay at this hotel again in the future and I would never recommend this to anyone.
small very expensive and without wifi or breakfast it is located in another place outside hotel.
Easily located and very close to the tube station. Simple accommodation and clean but equalled the price (I had a reduction booking on line).
Room a little uncared for in hominess and upkeep of facilities but it did the job and I felt satisfied about safety and clealiness.
Room was comfortable and good size.
Unfriendly staff bordering on rude Wifi costs - in the 21st C wifi should be free.
