Just one Minute walk from Paddington Station. Quiet rooms are available. Water cooker in the room
Internet was not available for free. It was not as clean as expected.
No frills, but very convenient, clean and excellent value for money.
A very hard bed!
location, tidiness, liberty
payed wifi - with wifi included in price it would be excelent!
Everything about this horrible hotel. Too small. Horrible staff.
Room was clean enough, bathroom was new and clean, very very close to Paddington Station.
I stayed at room 303. Windows were so old and uninsulated that there was a breeze inside the room that made me sick!
location, price, the cleaning
No one needs wi-fi for seven hours.. Sell by the hour.
Good location. Comfy. Good value for money.
Close to Hyde Park and 15 min walking to Oxford St
Flees on the bed
Very close to Paddington station (Heathrow express)
Very shabby hotel, weird rooms (they had crammed a double and 2 bunk beds leaving no space to move around). The bathroom smelled very bad. Gave us plastic cups for the (hot) coffee...
Within a reasonable walk to Hyde Park. Close to Paddington station. Shower room reasonably new and clean. Good working TV. Plenty of lighting Ideal if only using as a base, if you're a group of lads out clubbing etc. No thrills hotel.
*Extremely over priced for New Years Eve. *Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. *Very dated and basic interior. *In desperate need of refurbishment and decorating. *Too many staircases and doors, lifts didn't work *Appeared clean... Although everywhere had clearly been sprayed with air freshener. *cleaner let themselves in at 10am!!! Whilst we were still in bed and shower. Was an 11am check out!! *No tea spoon for the hot drinks. (Which were set up messily) I would advise people looking to stay here to re-think the options and maybe pay a little extra and stay somewhere else!
Was in a good location for our needs. Soap and shower gel etc. were provided.
The hotel was definitely not worth the money. Smoke alarms were covered and far too hight for me to reach to uncover them. Doors didn't close, floor tiles were broken and many bulds had gone. The window in the main bedroom didn't close properly and seemed unsafe, while the curtain in the double had been hacked at with a pair of scissors to fit the window. There were not enough to seats for us to sit and eat breakfast which was paid for. We could not complain or ask for a refund on the breakfast at least, as only the staff member at the desk when we arrived spoke English. All others barely knew more than a few words. Also not all items which were supposed to be supplied were there and the 'concierge' stated on the website could not speak English and so could not give us any information about the hotel or room.
Dried blood on curtains, lights didn't work, thick dust on every surface, antique food stuck to radiators and gaps in floor, 92 steps to my top floor room, no remote to Spanish tv, poor security.
Really close to the Paddington Station. The hot water and TV are great.
Only one plug-in.
The location, the breakfast was solid, the shower. A good Italian restaurant next door.
Our room was on the noisy street. We could not get a good sleep. The ventilation was not good. We had to keep the window open.
Location and bed is good.
There is stink in the corridor.
The services was very bad from the customer service I am not going there any more
It's cheap and good location
Excellent once again.
the lift was so noisy street windows broken staff not polite no very happy to tell u the truth but one good thing the price is good for staying =.
Cost of wifi per hour expensive, wifi would have been great as majority of the local hotels offer this facility included in costs. Not a good impression for foreign travellers. No lift
shame the windows rattled so much
easy reach for train station
not enough pillows supplied
Clean new bathroom, tiny but new
Old furniture, windows and tv on the wrong place
