We had a fantastic stay at Ashbourne House from the moment we arrived and were greeted by Paul and Julie who made us feel so welcome. The room was lovely and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Paul was at hand to tell you anything you wanted to know about the local area. Breakfast was delicious and made from all local produce. I really would recommend staying here and we will definitely stay again in the future. |

Room was nice and lovely and warm especially when getting in after night out. The drinks were very reasonably priced and the breakfast was lovely. The Owners were very friendly and helpful. |

The owners were readily available but not in view all the time! I could come and go at leisure and not feel uncomfortable on entering the house!The room and breakfasts were lovely and I would definitely return! Nothing at all! |

Really enjoyable stay. Booked because of the scores on the doors, we weren't disappointed. Ashbourne is what it says, great hosts, lovely rooms, great breakfast. Very relaxing and special weekend. |

From arriving at Ashbourne House, the owners made us both feel very welcome indeed. Breakfast was very high quality and was served with white-gloves. Local produce was used. Our room was spacious but not very warm, however it was one of the coldest and wettest weekends when we were there, so that probably had a lot to do with it. |

Very relaxed atmosphere, the owners Paul and Julie were very pleasant and helpful, they would clearly do anything they could to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The information pack was one of the best I've seen and the free wireless connection helped me get city information easily for restautants, evening car parks etc. Breakfast was a delight. Some reviewers have mentioned the distance into the city but a No 7 bus picks up outside the hotel every ten minutes and cost £3 each return. If shopping is your thing get on the same bus going the other way and it takes you to the designer oultlet which is a day out in itself complete with a range of cafes and restaurants, my wife was in heaven. Overall an excellent hotel, well worth a visit. Nothing to criticise at all. |

Everything was great, the family was so nice , the rooms were clean and tidy. And the bed, the most comfy bed I have ever slept in. Oh and the breakfast... Delicious!! |

Very clean, comfortable.the staff are very friendly and accommodating.breakfast is excellent.nice decor. Tv in bedroom needs to have a bigger screen as it was difficult to watch or maybe placed in abetter location. |
