I like every thing in that fabiolous hotel

Cleanliness, room and bathroom facilities, staff friendliness and location.

Hard beds.

Value and 24 hour doorman. They also upgraded me.

Only there for 12 hours so not much to say.

Friendly and courteous staff

We liked almost everything about this hotel, the staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent, it was spotlessly clean and the complimentary champagne made a good start to our short stay! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I would not look to stay anywhere else should I be visiting London again.

Only downsides were;- the shower could have been hotter and room was very hot, although we called room service and the heating was turned down it became extremely hot again during the night. However the pros for this hotel vastly outweighed the cons.

We thought this accomodation was great for our needs. Close to the tube, restaurants around and for buying food there was a market very close. We would return to the Ashburn

Quality of the furniture and bath room equipment

The standard of fittings in the apartment was very high, the staff polite and helpful and location from nearest tube good.

Just let down by little touches, no tea towels,cloths in kitchen so had to keep using bathroom towels, but only minor inconvenience for weekend stay. Need blinds in kitchen for privacy.

whole style is not fashion enough

Room is nice and not so small compared to the competition. Very close to the V&A and to the Gloucester Road Metro, which is direct to Heathrow, a pretty good location.

The lobby is mediocre and the lounge a caricature of an "old English lady" style, although elegant. Staff is hardly helpfull, room and bar services clearly under average. Breakfast room is freezing cold due to a basement location, and dull- sad impression increased by the playing of grand classical music when something more cheering would be welcome for the morning, why not try some brazilian music? They charge for eggs and basic extras at breakfast (bacon and baked beans...), and 10£/night to leave your luggages in storage overnight, which is unacceptable to me. Room furniture, although elegant, is extremely fragile veneered wood and requires a lot of maintenance, which does not seem to be provided. In the end, pricey for the global experience, which is clearly disappointing. My advice: some better deals in the neighborhood, for the same price level. The Park International Hotel, when discounted, is definitely a better hotel, for instance.

We have stayed at Ashburn previously, and found our superior room to be nicely decorated, and very clean. Some other rooms are small, but all are very nice. The staff is helpful and courteous. Location is good and close to tube station and bus.

The breakfast became a little boring. Some thought the price a little high compared to other local hotels. Overall a good choice.

The location and easy connection with underground to Heathrow

The decor in the bar area was lovely, it was very nice to have complimentary magazines available. There was one member of staff (concierge I think) who was very friendly.

I was extremely disappointed that there was such a small choice of menu to chose from, however this encouraged us to eat out and we found an absolute gem instead. The dining room for breakfast was far too small and felt very cramped (if all guests wanted to eat at the same time you wouldn't have the space). The toasting machine nearly caught on fire a few times. The room wasn't as clean as you would hope it would be, I let it pass (i.e. didn't raise this with the hotel as to be honest I didn't want the hassle and to highlight the negatives as we were trying to enjoy the short time we had in London).

Lovely small hotel, recently refurbished. Very comfortable, clean and nice.

I loved this hotel. The situation was ideal for sightseeing and shopping. The staff were lovely and the room fab and the lovely glass of champers each evening was a great touch. Thoroughly recommended.

Thought the hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. We were very grateful for an upgrade to a better room, it was lovely. Just a shame that we could not take the hotel up on their offer of a free glass of bubbly as the timing did not fit in with when we needed to be at the theatre. Never mind next time hopefully.

There was a terrible smell of moth balls in the lift and the room was smelling like mould, very dusty. Would not stay again.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Every amenity provided, lots of toiletries, two tvs, internet access, tea and coffee making. French feel to hotel. Lovely breakfast, efficient staff.

Bit noisy as room was facing Cromwell Road. Breakfast room bit small.

Easy access (300 m. from the tube), hotel decoration (small and perfect in details), hospitality (everyday:newspaper under the door, drink in the lobby, bottles of water in the room, cosmetics and a small usefull gift), very helpfull and smiling stuff.

The breakfast buffet was exactly the same for the week we stayed. We 'd like a variety, although the quality was good and had some positive points:good coffee, fresh orange juice.

Everything about the hotel is lovely. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and the staff so accommodating. Perfect location only minutes from underground..

Compared to other London hotels in a similar price bracket it was much much better and a genuinely enjoyable place to stay. Room quite small but otherwise great.

1. Lower ground Two-bedroom apartment (no 603) which we were given, had stone floors which made walking on them barefoot very difficult. 2. Odd layout of the apartment: you had to walk relatively a long way to reach the other end of it (bedroom or living room) 3. Studio apartment we had for an extra day did not have the same FreeTV channels as the two-bedroom one. 4. Very narrow entrance to the apartment.
