Very helpful and pleasant staff. Arrived early and had no problem leaving luggage until room was ready. When checked in later room had been upgraded and luggage taken directly to the room for us. Complimentary champagne in the evening and complimentary gift in the room as promised. Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to friends and family. |

The look and feel of the hotel were very good, and the appointmnets of the room and bathroom were excellent. the room was small but by european standards it was quite acceptable, and the bathroom was good sized. The morning breakfast was very well done with the service excellent. The only complaint we had during our stay was the hardness of the mattresses, it would be nice if they were to install some type of quilted mattress cover so they weren't as rock hard! |

The hotel was clean & very comfortable. It was well located for dining out & convenient for the underground. The staff were very friendly & approachable. I particularly liked the complimentary glass of champagne every night - that was a lovely touch. |

The rooms were beautiful, and the bathroom had a huge bath. Softest bed we have ever stayed in. Nice and close to a tube and other good points such as a late opening boots and a nice good value pub across from the Tube on Gloucester Road. The hotels website does advertise kensington views, however we got a basement room with no view other than a wall. We were near the kitchen and the room was so hot we had all the windows open and fan blowing on an October night. However, we mentioned it on leaving, as we were only there one night and no point in being moved, and they told us we would get a discount next time we stay. Lets hope we do, as we would deffinately consider staying again! Thank you |

The room were comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and the dining-room decorates nicely. The location was good near Gloucester tube-station. It was not possible to arrange an extra bed for a child, but sleeping in gueen-size bed was almost as good. |

Cozy, nicely appointed space. Helpful, pleasant staff. Fashionable neighborhood. Three minute walk to Gloucester Underground station on the Circlie Line. Ten to twenty minute taxi ride between hotel and Victoria station, depending on time of day. Couple of pubs with excellent food five minute walk from hotel. |

affordable luxury and comfort and a sumptious decor a blend of the traditional but with an updated and fresh feel A couple of small house-keeping with regards to the room needs to be closely inspected - The armchair fabric had come away at the seems on the arms and the lamp on the desk did not work - |

The rooms were of decent size considering that it is in the heart of London. The concierge desk was extremely efficient and helpful. Breakfast could have been better and served in a better location within the hotel. |
