The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the subway station, and in a nice neighbourhood. Inside the room there was everything you could need. I was in London for business, and this hotel was a very nice and relaxing place to live. The only problem was with the breakfast. It was very limited, and I was surprised to find that there was a menu with additional food you could order that you had to pay for. Since I felt irritated, I didn't buy anything from the menu,and ended up having to eat a proper breakfast at starbucks. |

The convenience and quietness of hotel. The glass of champagne in the evening and the breakfast was good. We would have preferred chocolates.rather than toiletries for free gifts. Because you could have them there and then rather than taking them home in your case. |

Good location and value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit noisy, as it is loacated in a major street. Breakfast boring and quality could be improved. |

The hotel - with a very nice room and large comfortable bed - was very convenient for Gloucester Rd tube station with the Albert Hall, Science Museum and V & A just around the corner. |

Hotel was very good and obviously been refurbished to a good standard-the air conditioning did not work in our room but we were offered another room but stayed as a portable one was given. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned well every day. |

Situation of hotel, small, comfy I booked a "spacious superior" room but could not see any difference in size to the twin bedded room I booked for my kids. Also after 4 stays in less than 9 months an up grade to a "really" spacious room would have been nice. Carpets, perhaps due to light colour are becoming a little tired even after a year. |

Staff were excellent and considerate. Room was great and central for where we wanted to go. My only disappointment was the firmness of the pillows, far too firm and uncomfortable. I could have asked reception to get them changed, but by the time I realised it was too late into the evening. |

The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful. The times I needed an iron, it was immediately brought to our room within minutes. Our room was cleaned daily while we were out with fresh towels left. Like tourists we always had several questions. |
