Mycket trevlig hotellpersonal och hög servicegrad. Bra beläget med närhet till tunnelbana. Varmt på rummet, luftkonditioneringen avstängd. |

Centralt men ändå lugnt läge nära tunnelbanan. Lätt att ta sig fram och tillbaka till flygplatsen (Heathrow). Ombonade, tysta rum med sköna sängar. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Storleken på hotellet. Bra kontinental frukost. Trevligt idé med champagne på kvällen! Frukostmatsalens möblering. Möblerna var alldeles för stora och klumpiga. På söndagsmorgonen fick gäster stå i kö för att få äta frukost. Om man bytte ut de nuvarande möblerna mot mindre och lättare så skulle man kunna ordna plats till dubbelt så många gäster. Byt också ut den stora brummande brödrosten mot två vanliga! |

jättefint rum, alldeles lagom intimt för 2 personer, väl inrett och även bra fungerande bredband som uppskattades av min man. osäker receptionist, vid ankomst, brödrosten brände upp brödskivorna sen pajade den ihop, liten matsal för frukost --> trångt. |

The Ashburn is comfotable and convenient. Our only problem was the fact the aircon failed for 2 days the breakfast room is also small. |

Nice small hotel, friendly bar and reception staff. Lovely decor. Did not like being in a basement room (703) - quite dark. Waiter at breakfast very rude. TV in bar area on all the time and watched by staff. |

We liked the location -- in a quieter part of London, just 2 blocks from the underground. We requested and received a quiet room. The main concierge was very helpful -- i.e. suggested a local Indian restaurant which we loved and let us hop on his computer daily to check our email. Our room refrigerator was not working and was neither repaired nor replaced despite our several requests. ((We had to keep meds and some perishable food items in the kitchen fridge which was not the end of the world but not terribly convenient.) |

The room was quiet,clean with beautiful furnishings, and beds very comfortable. Staff excellent. Disappointed not to get glass of champagne as promised......... !! Nothing to dislike about the hotel. |

The location was great - near to restaurants, Royal Albert Hall (where I was going). The concierge and reception staff were very helpful and flagged cabs for us when required. Room was very nice and upkeep of hotel was very good. We were very impressed, would recommend others to stay there and will definitely revisit. |

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the subway station, and in a nice neighbourhood. Inside the room there was everything you could need. I was in London for business, and this hotel was a very nice and relaxing place to live. The only problem was with the breakfast. It was very limited, and I was surprised to find that there was a menu with additional food you could order that you had to pay for. Since I felt irritated, I didn't buy anything from the menu,and ended up having to eat a proper breakfast at starbucks. |

The convenience and quietness of hotel. The glass of champagne in the evening and the breakfast was good. We would have preferred chocolates.rather than toiletries for free gifts. Because you could have them there and then rather than taking them home in your case. |

Good location and value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit noisy, as it is loacated in a major street. Breakfast boring and quality could be improved. |
