We enjoyed our stay very much but was a little concerned with regards to the temperature throughout the Hotel particularly the Bedroom and Public areas which were not heated at all during our visit which was definately needed during the evenings and early morning. Other than that the staff, ambience and particularly the food was excellent..

staff very friendly. willing to keep bar open late. nice views from bedroom. relaxing. only a minor glitch - and that maybe your website booking - there was confusion over the number of rooms booked and in whose name. i booked the rooms (2) but my name wasn't down as a principal resident...it took a little while to work out we did actually have 2 rooms booked. it was ok as we are 2 men and could have shared if necessary - but could have been awkward...

Not alot really, arrived late ,very hard to find , felt like the barman became the receptionist , people outside with their glasses drinking . totally unreasonable breakfast finsh time of 9am , especially when travelling with children. We arrived down at reception the following morning at 9.15am after a very late check in the previous night to be told that the Chef had left and no more hot food available , after a talk with the assistant manager we managed to get some cereal and tea and toast ! . The rooms were basic , the partition walls felt like they were made of paper ie. the neighbouring guests every movement could be heard. i would never stay there again

An excellent location for our use of the ski facilities in the Pembrey Nat Park for Welsh Ski Squad training. It is a very comfortable hotel and can commend the excellent steaks on the restaurant menu. Would like to see homemade desserts and do not need the red decorations across the foot of the bed as they spend all the time on the floor!! Overall we have happily stayed before and hope to stay again

Hotel was excellent for a quiet romantic couple of days , the staff was friendly and service and food was excellent. You would need a car as not much around the vicinity of the hotel unless you were a golfer.the hotel is situated in between llanelli and carmarthen so with a car there are plenty of places to go and visit Friendly staff hotel was clean and comfy and the food was good and well presented

Staff were friendly and attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. I was disappointed that there were not any complimentary biscuits in my room

La struttura è complateamante nuova Doccia non separata dal resto del bagno Colazione in gestione totale del cliente e non dichiarato all'atto della prenotazione, con tendente carenza di pulizia della cucina come conseguenza. Non facile da trovare
