Breakfast was excellent.
All pretty good.
The size of the pool was the biggest of any indoor hotel pool I've stayed in. Excellent choice of breakfast. Staff very helpful.
We had mistakenly booked twice for the same accommodation and date. they were both non-refundable bookings. But in view of the fact that we regularly use the hotel and have done for many years when travelling to the continent, the manager was not prepared to refund us the one booking . Furthermore if it was not possible to have a refund or credit off our next booing, then when dining the restaurant that night, we would have thought that some form of allowance should have been made on either the food or the wine, or even a refund of the second booking's breakfast the next day! All the manager said was "Well you can eat two breakfasts if you like".
Great facilities all included in the price. Very helpful staff.
Shower would only operate at 100% hot, could not be any cooler.
Hotel lovely inside the art work was nice lay out was easy to get about the hotel breakfast was amazing so much choice
Very good room, clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Did not partake in dinner however breakfast was first class, good choice and good produce. The hotel is in a convenient location and easy to find..
Check in staff very friendly.
Noise from the road, and the room next door with someone coughing! Breakfast was not of a good standard - did not even go to breakfast on the second morning. You had to wait a significant time to be showed to a table.
Modern Room Quiet Comfortable Bed Good facitlities - Full size iron and ironing board Very clean
Quick check in / check out, friendly staff
No toiletries in the lower priced room
Bar Pool Gym Staff
No sky sports in room 2 single beds pushed together
Good comfortable room. Quiet, easy to access internet.
Main car park at back of hotel - security, insufficient lighting.
Good and the rooms are spacious and quite for a good nights sleep
Accommodating staff, lovely and clean room with comfortable bed, great food.all in all, a great hotel.
I loved everything about my mini break!!
That the heating didn't work straight away and I was freezing cold.
Was a lovely relaxing night, lovely helpful staff & lovely waitresses, couldn't be more pleased
The size of room comfortable bed clean and great facilities.
Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and we enjoyed the pool facility. Parking space was great.
No room safe (at least in our room).
the food is of a really high standard we always enjoy staying here
nothing all good
The rooms are modern, clean, well decorated The facilities are good The breakfast and lunch was very good indeed To top it up the Spa which offers good deals. Massages and treatments and more. I would love to go there 5 times a year.
The staff was polite and helpful. The room was big. Bed was comfortable (although a bit bouncy). Breakfast was excellent. The hall of the hotel looks really nice and modern.
The rooms start to look a bit dated: in our bedroom on of the chairs had a big black mark on (burn mark?) and in the bathroom some paint came off. A part of the hotel looks rather ran down (leading to rooms 366 etc). We chose the wrong weekend to come over as a lot of people came for their Christmas party so you could hear drunk people getting back to their rooms.
Hotel was comfortable, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and lovely room
We were travelling with a 2 month old and the rooms were spacious for the travel cot. The food was good and not too expensive. The facilities of the spa and swimming pool looked good although we did not use them as it was just a quick stay.
In our room it felt like there was a draft coming from the window.
We use Ashford as a home-base as we explore Kent by rail and foot. The Ashford International is the nicest hotel for the purpose. At the end of a long day, I really need the pampering if hot tub, pool, sauna and steam room, and those facilities here are great.
I'm not fond of "upgrade" schemes and found our upgrade to be pretty unimpressive. A 'finer' grade of toiletries doesn't really set the traveler's world spinning, and there was virtually no other difference in our previous stay ordinary room and the one billed as deluxe.
The room, the staff and the finishing touches like iron, ironing board, trouser press and tea and coffee making.
The breakfast. Even though I requested turkey or chicken sausages they didn't have any. The orange juice was watered down so much that it didn’t taste or look like orange. Scrambled eggs were runny and tea pot was over full, causing it to spill as I poured.
