Room was comfortablw and provided all that was necessary for an overnight stay. The restauant was good and he staff very helpful and accommodating.

Not impressed with the bar lounge. Not to my taste, I suppose. Also disappointed to be booked into a ground floor room after specifying we did not want a ground floor room. (This was immediately rectified.)

The breakfast was yummy and the staff too.

The cushion on the bed was very smelly , which was horrible.

the number of pay channels TV Could have had more, I did not see any sport channels, or it might have been me.

found the staff to be very friendly and attentive.... with special note to hostess Angela in the restaurant... amazing character.. ...if it wasnt for the aamazing woman i was with.... she would of been the highlight of my stay

Convenient location

Poor value, very old and tired now. Heating system a nightmare with zones from lobby, lounge, restaurant, hallways and rooms all varying in temperature widely. In room heating system kept turning off in the night and waking up freezing. No mini bar

There is something not right with the service in the restaurant. Staff would disappear for long periods, service was slow, staff overtly friendly. Later arrivals served first. There was no one running the place.Everything done for the benefit of the staff not the customer.

Friendly and efficient reception. Generously-sized rooms and excellent breakfast. Dog friendly and very convenient to Channel Tunnel. One of many stays at this hotel.

Comfortable surroundings

Meal was excellent.room was comfortable. Service was great.

Only that on the saturday the spa did not open until, I forget 8 or 8.30 am which also meant that the sauna didnt heat up until much later.

Staff very very helpful and polite. Food was excellent and also great value for money. Both the evening in the Resturant and especially the morning buffet breakfast. We were especialy pleased it was Dog friendly makes a huge differnece to our travelling in uk. The Rooms were very large and very clean and can only say they were excellent.

Distence from reception to room on the third floor as being partily disabeldit was a long walk from the lift/ In the morning the lift was not working to go down only up and that made my getting downstairs difficult. The room during the earlier part of the evening had noise which appered to be mecahnical or sounded as if workmen were working somewhere. It seemed to stop after 11 pm.

Very friendly staff, it was a pleasure to stay there. Regards from Salzburg to the nice Austrian-girl from Zillertal!!
