Great welcome. Despite being a late check-in. Huge bedroom. massive firm bed, just the way I like it. No pointless frills

no breakfast available.

Bathroom clean but has seen better days.

Good position for Newark showground. Dinner (Indian) was very good. Room good.

Breakfast not available, but Little Chef not far away.

Freezing cold. Damp beds. Dirty wc / shower. Traffic noise. Trains passing nearby.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Ashiana, and will be staying again. Value for money when compared to places like "Premier Inn" is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, with on- suit facilities. The location is a problem if you want to eat out, that's if you dont like "Indian Cuisine" I do so not a problem for me. The staff are efficient and polite nothing seems to be too much trouble, the restaurant was tremendous, food great and service very good "They had time to Chat" and gave plenty of time for serving the meal, I felt welcome and comfortable surroundings.

Being very Critical ,the tv in the room (Very big Room) is small! The location,not great if you need to go out for a meal (Indian only at the hotel) the hotel is very much a restaurant! Not a lot of area for relaxing. No wi-fi in the room.

Poor service. Lack of proper heating. Poor supply of equipment e.g. Hair dryers.

The room was comfortable and the ensuite excellent.

The location was ideal as we were visiting Newark showground for the Americana weekend, rooms were spacious and clean and parking was literally on your doorstep, would use next year.

Price was £110 for 2 rooms on booking form, but was charged £120 on checkout, still cheap!

Add a breakfast and it would be 10/10, otherwise and very well recommended place to stay

no satisfactory response to problems. 1st stay no heating.2nd stay problems with heating again but sorted out then lock broke so had to climb out the window.room changed but no staff around until evening. last stay no hot water no reception staff til evening. manager was informed but no response. wont be staying again.

Ruime kamers en goede parkeerplaats

Twee maal het hotel bezocht, in aug en okt hebben we door dat ze liegen over onderhoud aan douches, ze geven koud water enkel aan wastafel warm water... Meer malen over geklaagd, maar dan verzinnen ze allemaal smoesjes ....dat ze ermee bezig zijn!! Beide keren een andere kamer gehad maar wel het zelfde probleem...... Zo tezien zijn ook niet van plan om er iets aan te doen. Naar mjn idee zjn 't de goedkope slechte mengkranen!!!! Hoop dat jullie hierover een opmerking kunnen maken naar 't hotel
