Style and location of Hotel, Staff and owners were also first class and could not do enough for you. Comfortable big bed and breakfast was excellent The room we stayed in was about to undergo renovation and therefore the shower room was a bit cramped. But no doubt this will be brought up to scratch fairly quickly to compliment the other rooms.

Location Did not feel welcomed, was handed a key and told where the room was and the lady shouted up the stairs when breakfast was as we went up them. I think for the money we should have been taken to the room. We had a problem with a constantly running toilet and had to move rooms with a much smaller bed for the same price, the hotel was very noisy with guests as its just a large house and you could not relax in the room or here the t v, it was as if you were in the lounge with everyone else the noise was so loud. Also felt rooms were badly lit and first room had bulbs missing from bedside lights.Thought the sausage was off at breakfast and the scrambled egg was overcooked Stayed in much nicer hotels for less money at almost £100 a night it fell well short and we were disappointed.

The building and decor was of a high standard with a warm and personal touch. The rooms were very spacious and bed and bedding very comfortable. THe owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The food was great. We stayed there for two nights when flying in and out of Glasgow airport and it superseded what I expected of a B & B near the airport.

Relaxed, warm and friendly atmosphere. Good lighting, welcoming staff, cosy room. Great breakfast! Lovely stay. You have set the bar high for Paisley and others will hopefully rise to your standard. Paisleys' rich heritage deserves it and so do you. I loved the birds in your Ash Tree. Is it really 200 years old? This is my fault and not yours, but please provide detailed instructions on how to use the tv remotes! I found myself flicking from channel to channel trying to find bbc1, itv, Channel four etc! I do this at home as well, so not your fault, but I spent ages trying to get the news. Assume nothing on behalf of clients and spell it out politely. I have just mastered the video which was replaced by dvd years ago. What number do I press on which remote to get the main channels? Hope this helps.

The warmth and comfort of this beautiful building and the famuli who run it all add up to a great place top stay. Its starting to loose a bit of its "gloss" and needs a bit of tlc here and there.

Thought it was an excellent hotel especially for the money. SatNav led me to the wrong place. If I am on business in the Glasgow area this hotel will be my first choice.

Although the hotel had problems with their central heating on the night we stayed, they could not do more for my wife and myself. I would certainly recommend this hotel to all our friends.
