Great guest house. I got a nice, spacious room with toilet (only some rooms have all en suite facilities). Breakfast was nothing special. There is a bus stop very close with good connections to Cambridge center. |

It was a simple room with a shared bathroom/shower. I did not stay for the included breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. The rate was much lower than many I had checked in Cambridge. The room was very clean and decent to sleep in. |

Polite helpful staff Was much further away from town centre than we expected. Rooms were very small and basic. Breakfast could have been better. Cereal, we would have prefered to help ourselves rather than being brought in already in the bowls, there were no croissants just toast. In general very basic, but did the job! |

The pub down the road. OMG this place made Faulty Towers look like the Dorchester. The toilet was located in a cupboard, along with the shower. In the cupboard all pipes and electrical cables were exposed. The shower leaked more water down the hose than came out of the head. The hand basin complete with taps that turned completely was in the room. Curtains were ill fitting and covered with mould. |

Good location for the city centre, enough parking and my puppy was allowed to stay in the room with us. Fair price for the location |

The staff were very friendly, and I expect if it was a longer stay the breakfast issue could have been resolved, The room was very shabby, curtains did not have enough hooks, breakfast was not early enough. We had to leave at 7.45 and so went without. Quite a long walk into the city centre |

Coffee and toast do not constitute a continental breakfast. The cooked breakfast was not cooked properly. This place is just about covering the basics. I think "must try harder" applies to Ashtrees. And flick a duster around too....! |

public transportation is directely outside the hotel. nice rooms, fully equiped. the en-suite toilet has no ceiling, depending on who you travel with, this might be a little bit to much intimacy |

Convenience for my business call the following morning Breakfast, no sausage, no mushrooms and got a tinned tomatoe which was not hot at all. does the hotel take notice of these comments because a number of reviews also pointed this out. |
