I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. Generous breakfast. Generous tea and coffee in the room. Quiet, clean, friendly, homely, welcoming. Wonderful hospitality.
None - everything about my stay was very good.
Really great place, good location to main town, lovely breakfast every morning and children well looked after with adapted breakfast worth a stay if in Torquay

Helpful and friendly people :0)
Nice friendly greeting. Lovely breakfast. Could see the sea from a nice big bedroom which had en suite. Good value for money. A Victorian house which seemed to have kept its features and had a nice atmosphere. Parking was a bonus. Seemed a nice quiet area. Would definitely go back.
Lovely hotel room large very comfy
Too far away from anything
Hotel very clean, discreet individual .well located Hotel tres propre, personel discret et bein situé
no internet connection at our arrival, apparently an accident, but there was no discount provided pas de connection internet lors de notre venue, apparemment un accident, mais on a pas eu de remise pour autant
The hosts are very nice. WLAN worked well.
The carpeted floors are slightly dirty and unhygienic. In our room was no table to write on it.
nothing to dislike
Friendly I didn't stay for breakfast as it was a bit late for me. Starts at 9 but they said can do 8 but I left at 7
Lady who greeted us was very friendly! Gave us a map and directions to places so we knew where to go/what to visit. Nice new bathroom - very clean.
Breakfast wasn't great, the toast had mould on it. Check out was at 10am - we booked a weekend away to relax and sleep in! Rooms could do with some updating, pretty old bed/wall paper/ carpets/furniture etc. Still clean however.
Great value for money, clean rooms and those of us that had en-suite were impressed with the fascileties.
Some rooms have shared bathrooms although they are very clean and pleasant.
I really like the design of this lodge which has many beautiful antiques. The room, bathroom and lounge was clean and tidy. The owner was kind and his English breakfast was nice traditional one. I want to visit again!!
The place was complicated and a little difficult to find there. I didn't connect WiFi.
The owners were a lovely couple who I remember from my first stay there a few years ago.
I had to share a bathroom and I had a bit of difficulty parking the car on the first night.
I liked the location as it was only a 15 minute walk to sea front and 15 minute walk to town centre. The breakfasts were very good. Staff friendly and not intrusive
Although the hotel was fairly clean some of the furniture and decor is dated. Also the pillows could do with a Change as they didn't smell very fresh
Great breakfast, clean room, close to town and front. Overall very good after all only wanted a bed for the night. Staff friendly and helpful
Very small bathroom( long and narrow). Room could do with update.
Highly accomodating, flexing to your specific needs. Made you feel like you're a super-valued customer. On-site parking. Lovely accomodation. Generous and tasty freshly cooked breakfast.
None - I enjoyed every bit of my stay.
Stayed here for 2 nights, Only booked a single but got upgraded free to a family room, Nice surprise. Room very large with a single and double bed and very quiet. Not being fussy I only used the single bed as it was only somewhere to sleep whilst visiting family nearby. Only slight downside was the décor although dated with creaking floors although it was very clean. Breakfast made fresh both mornings just what I needed. but beware the low ceiling in the breakfast room. banged my head both mornings ;-)
I felt really valued and looked after as a customer
TV in room and nice cupboards, wardrobe with glass over sideboards to protect it better. Clean room and snug.
No toilet or shower in own room, had to go out to shared one. Bit old fashioned for my liking.
Very good hotel small comfortable
I think every thing fine
