i arrived at 1 pm but the apartment wasn't ready until 2:15, also i booked apartment which i saw in their website, but when i saw it , it was verey small, whereas they have a big one but they gave me a family room, which is verey bad, but they said we didn,t have another, sacond day the earon was it damege and i ask them to bring another one, then they gave me a key for a good apartment to earon my clothes, then when i saw it i asked them to give me this, but they said it's more expencive then mine, then i said ok i will bay but they said it's not avilibl!!!!! i don't recomend any body to stay at this hotel . |

I found the hotel in a great area of London, an easy walk from middle of town and lovely Hyde park;The staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly , nice and fun.The Rooms were great as it was an apartment, with a couple of bedrooms, so as with 3 family members ( grandma, mother and daughter) who have been travelling since April, it was wonderful to have a bit of space. |

We like the place, in central part of London. Everything was near to us. Nice quiet place with most of restaurants in surrounding. Our room was in underground, we hadnt any view form the window. I didnt like the self closer on the door. It was too strong and made noice. |

The staff were friendly, The apartment was clean and had everything you could want in it. I enjoyed my stay and will book again, but could do with 12 to depart the room instead of 10am |

Très bonne situation près de Hyde Park et des métros. Chambres très propres. Commerces alimentaires, restaurants nombreux et pubs à proximité (à pied). Petits déjeuners moyens dans leur contenu et avec beaucoup de monde dans un espace réduit et bruyant. Chambre donnnant sur Sussex Bd : bruit de circulation (pas de double vitrage). |

La atención del personal, la ubicación cerca de las áreas de interés, el confort Tuvimos un problema de entrada de agua que se resolvió a satisfacción por el personal del hotel. Aparte, el contenido y organización de los desayunos; nos parecieron pobres en cuanto a contenido y muy masificados |

Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e prestativos, a limpeza efectuada todos os dias e o pequeno almoço bom. Encontra-se em zona com bastante movimento inclusive noturno e por isso um bocado barrulhento. Fácil acesso aos transportes. |

Está muy bien situado y resulta muy agradable tener una sala de estar donde relajarse antes de ir a la cama. El sistema de cierre automático en las puertas interiores del apartamento era muy molesto, especialmente porque estaba demasiado duro. La cocina no tenía artículos de limpieza. |
