Aspen Apartments

The room was excellent for a family of four, and the location was perfect for getting onto the tube and accessing all parts of London. Location was ideal for short walks to Hydes and Regents Parks, and a wide variety of good, small restaurants were on the same block.

Only complaint was minor. Room had two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms had doors that opened from a central hallway, and the doors had a heavy spring mechanism that forced them to close. It would have been better to have the living room and kitchen doors able to stay open so that it was easier to access the rooms.

i arrived at 1 pm but the apartment wasn't ready until 2:15, also i booked apartment which i saw in their website, but when i saw it , it was verey small, whereas they have a big one but they gave me a family room, which is verey bad, but they said we didn,t have another, sacond day the earon was it damege and i ask them to bring another one, then they gave me a key for a good apartment to earon my clothes, then when i saw it i asked them to give me this, but they said it's more expencive then mine, then i said ok i will bay but they said it's not avilibl!!!!! i don't recomend any body to stay at this hotel .

Bed was short. Apartment in the basement (no view) and with awkward lay-out.

Très bonne situation près de Hyde Park et des métros. Chambres très propres. Commerces alimentaires, restaurants nombreux et pubs à proximité (à pied).

Petits déjeuners moyens dans leur contenu et avec beaucoup de monde dans un espace réduit et bruyant. Chambre donnnant sur Sussex Bd : bruit de circulation (pas de double vitrage).

Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e prestativos, a limpeza efectuada todos os dias e o pequeno almoço bom. Encontra-se em zona com bastante movimento inclusive noturno e por isso um bocado barrulhento. Fácil acesso aos transportes.
