Unfortunately the the advertising I picked up as to location was misleading. However no qualms as to Hotel and staff. I would imagine you are more suited for buisness and passing motorway trade. |

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant atmosphere, good value for money. Just a little bit away from the centre of things in Sheffield |

It was very comfortable,very quiet so you could have a peacefull nights sleep. We had a realaxing stay and will be returning. Meadow hall close by for shopping,great. |

very good location,very modern with up to date furnishings. everything you need is in the room,quiet, well insulated rooms.superb shower.good breakfasts.good value weekend rates. only slight critisicm was that some surfaces in the room had not been dusted/wiped. |

Bed very confortable, room a good size, location near city centre Lack of towels, tea bags, phone not working, no hot water. Sat nav location wrong, staff seemed to just go through the motions, manager 'busy'. |

It was close to the Sheffield stadium which made it a short trip to the U2 concert. During the morning the hot water ran out and the bathroom wasn't very clean. |

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, the receptionist was excellent, we were pushed for time on arrival she got us checked in in superfast time. The transport to and from the concert was a great touch and big thanks goes out to the driver of our mini bus. Breakfast was super. |

The modern,clean and very well appointed facilities. The service was slow,stock that was advertised was unavailable and there was no hot water in the morning! |

Reception staff very friendly and hotel modern with good facilities. However, the shower did not work (problem with the hot water) and there was a distinct lack of management with young staff who had no direction, though they were trying to pull it all together. The whole service was chaotic due to lack of direction. Made me want to take over and give a few simple pointers that would assist! Very disappointing for a hotel that has a good location and modern rooms. |

Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent food that was very well presented. Large car park. Very easy access from M1. Bistro proved a perfect location for an informal business meeting. Limited room service menu - but compensated by restaurant menu. |

Very clean,comfortable room.Large enough and comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast! Quiet location and plenty of on site facilities. Directions could have been clearer. Bar snacks could have been served to a later time. |

I was particularly impressed with the staff, had a terrible experience with a taxi and receptionist attemted to resolve, not nreally her job. |
