Easy to get to. And very easy to access the town center.

Disappointed that there were not enough towels for two people, which was not discovered until showering. During breakfast, the young staff were too busy chatting, rather than serving.

i like both city rotherham/sheffield. and the aston hotel we where staying, and the people where very fridaly.

Easy to get to and good sized rooms and easy parking + quiet

The food was terrible for the price (there are no other food outlets within a 2 mile area) especially for a vegetarian and many things on the menu were not available. There were stains on carpets in bedrooms and bedding on sofa bed smelt of chips!

Trying to charge 70p for a packet of biscuits from the bar to go with a cup of coffee.

The bed was king size and extremely comfortable, the shower was big enough for 2, breakfast was superb.

Staff were very helpful and handled very well my queries on the telephone before arrival. Location was perfect for us as we were attending a fencing championship at the EIS. Quality of rooms are very goo and represent good value. The staff put on an early breakfast to support our need to leave very early in the morning. Overall really helpful. Thank you.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Booked interconnecting rooms one double and one executive double. Both were excellent quality and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff member on reception was extremely helpful and gave great customer service, lovely, spacious and very clean room. Breakfast was very good and welcomed after a late night!

We went to the motorpoint arena, arrived in time to have tea , then got a taxi to the arena, taxi back. Could not have been more convenient

Absolutely spotless and very comfortable stay

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, lovely big rooms and bathroom with bath and shower, excellent value for money. Great food in restaurant and lovely breakfast , very pleasant staff

Our room was opposite the lift and there was quite a bit of noise from the corridor.
