Aston Hotel Sheffield/Rotherham

the bed was the most comfy thing i have ever slept on in my life. the staff were all very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had.

Friendly staff who did all they could to help and assist.

The Wi-fi was not working which meant that work I had planned to do during the evening couldn't be done. Given that Aston lists among its USP's the free provision of wi-fi in all rooms this was a major disappointment.

The decor was very modern and clean. The room was spacious with a a good variety of channels on the tv.

Just a little bit away from the centre of things in Sheffield

It was very comfortable,very quiet so you could have a peacefull nights sleep. We had a realaxing stay and will be returning. Meadow hall close by for shopping,great.

very good location,very modern with up to date furnishings. everything you need is in the room,quiet, well insulated rooms.superb shower.good breakfasts.good value weekend rates.

only slight critisicm was that some surfaces in the room had not been dusted/wiped.

It was close to the Sheffield stadium which made it a short trip to the U2 concert.

During the morning the hot water ran out and the bathroom wasn't very clean.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, the receptionist was excellent, we were pushed for time on arrival she got us checked in in superfast time. The transport to and from the concert was a great touch and big thanks goes out to the driver of our mini bus. Breakfast was super.
