Located in a fabulous part of the City - close to tube station - so but a few mins to major attractions - also within walking distance of museums etc. Quiet area but near to bars and restaurants. Good sized room with all that is needed for a short city break would definitely visit again All was good bar that the kettle didn't work!

The location was very nice, the staff did their best to be friendly. The room had very old furniture, which was in bad shape. The walls needed to be painted. The bathroom was very, very small. I had to pay for internet and it was not working well.

The location was great. Close to Gloucester Road Underground station which is on a crossing of 3 underground lines. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, we could leave our luggage at their office during our last day after checkout. There is a supermarket, starbucks, and more right next to the underground station. The room was small, as expected, yet it was clean and cosy, also had a flatscreen. Wifi is at disposal for 12 pounds for five days. Price/quality was GREAT.

We chose the appartment partly because of a special price deal and partly for its location - pleasant area, near museums, not too far from West End theatres and on the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow the following morning. The room was smaller than we had expected, but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay, and very quiet. No lift, so had to take heavy suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. Also building not staffed overnight until 8.00am; as we had accidentally left a bag in the locked office, we had to leave later than planned in the morning.

I like Astons Apartments as it is situated in the middle of the city and very near to the Glocester Road Tube Station and bus station which is very strategic for you to move around the city of London. For muslim there is one halal fish and chip restaurant nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with small kitchen and kitchen utensil and a small fridge. In winter time the heater and hot water is in a good condition. It is a small apartments which is very comfortable to bring your family.

Very handy location for the tube but quiet ...away from traffic noise. Just in need of a lick of paint here and there? Bit drab in the room. But bathroom clean and all I needed in terms of sink, microwave, cutlery etc. Value for money.

The price was really good as we got a promotion for the season. The rooms are decent, bed was comfortable. It includes a kitchenette with bread toaster, kettle, plates, etc, we didnt need any extra things really in order to cook There's no Elevator and we had a room on the 4th floor. Old houses, fair enough, but at least have someone to help with the bags. Im young and it was a long ride, so beware older travellers/people with back issues. Internet was ridiculously slow and I Complained twice, it didnt change much and they charge you almost 12 £ for It. Also I needed to call my room cuz I was downtown and needed to talk to My mother who was in there and they said they don't have the facilities to transfer calls. I even have that facility in my 1989 phone terminal! I really couldnt communicate in any way, as apparently they didnt know/there wasnt a phone number to the room (but there was a working line, explain that)

“Lovely modern apartment, good quality fixtures and fittings. Had everything required although didn't need to use dishwasher or washing machine. Appliances such as hob and microwave needed a little figuring out how to use as I couldn't find any instructions, but not a major problem. Apartment was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, slept very well. En suite very nice. Tesco nearby Earls Court tube station about 6-8minutes walk for me.” Julie, Padiham Lancashire |
