The room was of a good size - it was in a good location for shops - theatres - underground etc. It was very clean and nicely decorated - quite 'homely'. A nice hotel. The bed was too hard! |

The hotel is conveniently located for Oxford Street and the West End. The family suite was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival I was told that there was a problem. The suite I had booked was being renovated and I was being given two double rooms. Only after some discussions with the receptionist were we provided with a suite. |

The hotel's situation very close to London's heart We had many troubles with the payment because of the lack of communication between staff at the reception. The room was very hot. The shower was a plastic tube attached directly to the faucet and it was out with a bit of water pressure. I don't recommend this hotel at all. |

For the 3 first nights we stayed at the fifth flloor and we had to move the last night because of the improvement workings of that floor. The water closet didn't flush well and we had to wait at least 5 minutes in order to flush again. The rooms were so hot and they hadn't air conditioning. |

I arrived at the hotel to find out that my room was given to another client. There was no room for us to stay there, even though I had given my credit card number and made the reservation. The response from the hotel was that there were many clients who wanted to extend their stay. The receptionist with his very poor english was desperately trying to book a room for us in another hotel. Follow the laws and be more prefessional. Above all show more respect to the people who pay to stay there |

The Astor Court Hotel is an easy place to stay at: wonderfully located near Regent's Street, inbetween Oxford-Circus and Great Portland Street tube stations; cosy and without complications. The rooms are spacious but could use some renovations (sofas, bathroom) |

The large range of television channels available and the value for money. Rooms were a little too warm at night. |

Very friendly staff, great location. Temperature control in room was not good (radiator that could not be adjusted) and no fan to give room air circulation. |

well-located for the activities I had planned. The room was a bit stuffy, a fan of some sorts would have been nice to move the air around. |

Great location. Quiet and peaceful. Worn out furniture and quilts. As a scandinavian I would also like something like ham (and egg) for my breakfast. |

Great location. Not the most modern but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, having breakfast included in price is a welcome touch. |

The best things about the Astor Court Hotel is its location and its friendly staff. The most annoying was the state of the bathroom -- a yellow toilet seat, a hole burned in the floor by a cigarette, one towel with a huge dark stain. The faucet and shower were completely unpredictable. First 10 minutes I got only cold water, then it was nearly boiling. |

We visited the main sights of London and found the location of the hotel to be relatively close to a main tube stop. |

The hotel was well placed for my business needs. My room was upgraded to an appertment and it retains much of its Victorian/Edwardian charm with high coved ceolings with ornate sculpting etc |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
With its own restaurant, the Mermaid Suite Hotel is very close to Oxford Street, in the heart of the fashionable West End. |
Located in the heart of London’s West End, within walking distance of Oxford Street, this elegantly converted Victorian mansion provides exclusive service and charm which only a small hotel can... |
The Marylebone Hotel is just a short walk from Oxford Circus, Soho, fashionable Bond Street, Hyde Park and the new Abercrombie & Fitch store on Savile Row. |
