the rooms the staff were not helpful at all, they were impolite and did not try to help us as tourists. When asked about a few key tourist locations nearby they simply said they didnt know anything about it. Also, I needed the internet urgently and the internet service in the hotel was out of order, when I asked was there any other way of retrieving the internet in the hotel or in the area they just said, no. Very unhelpful. |

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Altogether a very pleasant stay. The water was very variable in temperature and there was nothing we could do about it. |

It was close to the theatre, main shops and conference centre which made our stay less stressful. It was a shame that we could not get dinner there. |

Good location. Very close to shopping areas, theatres, restaurants and sightseeings There was a very bad smell in our room throughout our stay. We complained but unfortunately you moved only the two of us into the basement, a room not used for guests. |

As to me it was a cosy hotel with nice personal. The location is excellent as well. There was no free access to the internet, therefore I had to pay for it separately. |

We had a nice big room with a seperate bedroom. It was quiet and comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast rooms were a bit like youth hostel refectories. Okay but not everyone's taste. |

It was so close to Oxford street. It was very very clean. The apartment we stayed in (no 56) was a good size. Double room for me and my husband - twin room for our two daughters (age 25 and 27). Large tv in sitting room, portable in double room. Our apartment had no shower, only a bath - that was very inconvenient. All the kitchen had was a microwave and fridge - no cooker. It was quite old fashioned. There was construction going on quite close to us so the racket was terrible. There was no bar in the hotel. Also there was only a continental buffet breakfast - no bacon / sausage / eggs etc. |

The situation of the hotel is perfect for visiting london. Hotel is quiet. Rooms are spacious. The shower did not work and it was not fixed during our seven days stay. |

Convenient for the West End of London. I stayed in an appartment which suited my party and made the stay (although only one night) more relaxed. There was no problem with the booking and the appartment was ready and available on arrival. The matresses were rather hard and the seat cushions were too thin, one could feel the wooden frame of the seat. There was no air conditioning but in London it is not always necessary. |

Great location for shopping and theatre on a fairly quiet side street (building work nearby from 7.30 am). Continental breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff very efficient. Housekeeping was of a good standard generally. The rate we received was excellent for the superb location and outweighed the negative points. Ten minute walk to Oxford Street and to Marylebone High Street (great smaller shops). The beds were quite uncomfortable for more than one nights' stay - thin and lumpy mattresses. No drawers to put clothes in (kept belongings in suitcase) or place to put washbag in bathroom (tiny - dusty - glass shelf). Reception staff, while efficient when checking in and out, did not look up from the desk when you passed by their desk, which was a bit odd from a pr and security point of view. A smile wouldn't have gone amiss and would have helped to give a better overall impression. |

I like the polite staff, the location was perfect , the rooms are very big, the kitchen is very good. We have a problem with the price of the internet, there are not shelfs in the clothes cupboard to put the clothes, there are not shelfs in the bathroom to put things. |

The space of the rooms, would have to be the best in London for this. the rooms were very good and the amenities were very good. I liked the trouser press in the rooms, for a traveller it was good to be able to press your clothes etc. The reception staff were ok but not that friendly. Whilst the breakfast was included the value for it was fair. The pastries were stale, the rest was ok. |

The room was of a good size - it was in a good location for shops - theatres - underground etc. It was very clean and nicely decorated - quite 'homely'. A nice hotel. The bed was too hard! |
