Great Location for our group nice and close to Oxford Street, beds were clean and comfortable as was the bathroom
Whilst clean the bathroom looked a bit tired, we were expecting a proper kitchenette but it was not a kitchenette, it was a hospitality tray.
We booked a family room and were pleasantly surprised by the space - a double bed in a separate room, two singles in an alcove off a small sitting room. The beds were comfortable and we weren't bothered by noise at night. The breakfast was simple but quite adequate though the small size of the breakfast room can be a little inconvenient.
The hotel was in a great location ,very very clean .the staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good . Our stay was very good value and we would stay there again
Great location close to shops and tube stations. Lovely breakfast. Help full staff.Good value.
The pillows needed replacing as they were old and flat. WiFi was a bit annoying as you needed to re connect each day.
The room size was nice and the location was very central. Loved the tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
No WiFi!! A real problem!! Breakfast could have had real fruit and. Bar of soap instead of pump, but that is secondary to the lack of wifi.
Spacious room. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent location.
Bed to be replaced (old)
Booked a twin room and was given an apartment for the same price. It was a very cheap deal considering we was staying in London! Brilliant after having a night out in London as its just a short taxi ride away from all the bars and clubs.
The Hotel was close to the West End which is where we conduct most of our business, so it was well placed, its basic, clean and friendly, what else do you need
No aircon, but there were windows which opened well, good job there was a breeze.
very friendly staff, perfect location,
a little small room
Getting a triple room in central London at a decent price was easy! We weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Yes - facilities were basic - but the staff were very accommodating and room had everything we needed for a night out.
It was quite hot at night and there was no AC or fan in the room. Funny smell in the room as well - not horrendous - but we didn't expect it to be perfect!
friendliness of the staff and the size of the room
Not all persons at the desk were as well informed as the others. and some staff's English wasn't solid enough to assure me they understgood what I was asking or say.
The location was great and the apartment was perfect for our needs.
The apartment we stayed in needed refurbishment
- very good room service - friendly and obliging staff
- breakfast: no fruit, no meat
Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, large and well furnished. Location was brilliant for my business trip.
No facility on site for an evening meal or a drink but as the location was so good this wasnt a problem. If there had been it would have made a really good hotel -excellent
We had an apartment which was very spacious and comfortable although a bit dated. It was, however, well equipped and everything was quite functional and we had a very pleasant stay. It is in an excellent location - close to Great Portland Street (where we found some good places to eat), Oxford Street and the tube stations of Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street.
The fixtures and fittings in the kitchen and bathroom were a bit dated.
only the location, front desk staff helpful. Bfst. was good, but should open earlier to accommodate early tours.
the room was small bathroom had no amenities or shelves, the shower was poor. lighting poor. no full length mirrors anywhere.
Great location for central London. Reception/breakfast room staff very polite & helpful with exception to night man.
Double bed- mattress sank terrible in the middle. luckily there was also a single bed in the room even though we had supposedly booked the last TWIN room! Very hot at night ( no air con in this hotel) no provision of desk/floor fans so difficult to sleep as when window open disturbed by street noise! ( not a good night sleep at all despite being worn out!) Unhelpful night man. Very basic/poor continental b/fast. "Tired looking" furnishings. Poor quality soap/shower gel (no lather). Would only stay here for a very short stay.
Good size rooms , clean , friendly staff & great location
No air condition it was very hot and did not get good night"s sleep. Windows were without lock which was a bit of concern for us. Beak fast could be improved with a little change in menu In the week
A great hotel in central London giving you real value for the money. Five minutes walk, tops, from Oxford circus and good restaurants and pubs just around the corner. The room was clean and of better standard than you average hotel over in Bayswater. Would absolutely stay here next time in London.
On the downside you have the breakfast. Not a lot to choose from but everything you need to get you going. And if you want a real english breakfast, you go to Breakfast Club anyway.
We were lucky to be upgraded to the apartment with 3 rooms!
Quite old building, breakfasts wee a bit poor.
Friendly atmosphere, clean, staff very obliging. Close to transportation and stores.
No ceiling fans or air conditioning in the room. Very noisy street. Breakfast was okay but very lacking in choices.
centrally situated naer Tubes Great aportlsnd Street and Oxford Circus. Quit enviroment. Nicely situated.
the 2nd breakfastroom
Rooms and toilets need urgent renovation. No airco. Old furniture.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful
Horrible breakfast, little option. Not worth the money to be honest.
