Fantastic little hotel in a great location. Clean, bright, modern and affordable. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again. If you bring a large suitcase please note that there are no lifts.

Close to lots of attractions in London, comfortable, clean and good sized rooms. The continental breakfast selection was very good. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family. The plumbing was rather noisy.

The hotel was small yet functional. The location was excellent being only a 5 minute walk from Victoria station. The room was adequate and overall, as London prices go, it was probably reasonable value for money. Reception staff could try harder to be friendly and more helpful. I had requested soya milk for breakfast through Booking.com but the hotel didn't have it when I arrived. In the end they did manage to get it in but charged me for it on check-out. I felt this was poor service. Breakfast was very basic - coffee from a machine.

Clean and tidy. Convient for London city visitors. Bathroom was very good. Room was small, But good for couple. Food servering area was very small. There was very few tv channels were available to see.

The staff were pleasant, effecient and helpful. The room was clean and warm. The hotel is situated in delightful Belgravia and is very convenient to Victoria Station which is great if you are flying into Gatwick. The rooms are small, there was no bath in our room (just a shower) and no toiletries. The breakfast area is in a 'very' restricted space.

I liked the location of the hotel. Staff was polite. It definitely is not a four stars hotel. It didn't have free internet in the room, room was too small, breakfast area was at reception and no option for lunch or dinner. Some other things were missing for a 4 stars hotel. Therefore, the price should be lower or services better.

Location. Some of room decor was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Like the 24 hour availability of coffee machine that made lattes, espresso, mochas, etc.--free. No clock in room.

Clean, central location. Easy to get to Victoria and Sloane Square. Loved the wine bar opposite. Appreciated our bags being held when we arrived and before we left for the train. Was not of 4* quality. Clean but wearing at reception and up the stairs. Breakfast was a nightmare - far too small an area for the number of people in. We were virtually sitting on top of each other and couldn't get past with hot drinks. Couldn't find any nearby bars open after 11pm.
