The perfect location for visiting the Chelsea Flower Show and Victoria station. The hotel was friendly, clean and in a lovely area of London. Plenty of cafes and restaurants near buy.During our stay most of the guests had come to see the Show and there was great chat at breakfast with all the other gardeners. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely staff Nice shower Nice breakfast Excellent location Our room was right by the front door and reception so we could hear the other guest. For this reason, i didn't sleep very well. It's quite expensive for what it is.

The room was a lot cleaner than the previous hotels in the area that I have stayed in. The bathroom was very nice. It was also in a quiet location which was a huge benefit. The offer of Wi-Fi only seemed to happen if were in the reception area. Once you were in your room, there wasn't any. Also, the desk was situated very close to the end of the bed which didn't allow much room to sit down.

It was clean and quaint. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were not very sound proof. We were there in the off season so it wasn't too noisy but I can't imagine how noisey it would be if the place was full. I am not sure how you could correct this.

Small hotel as most of the hotels in London, especially in this area. Really nice area, and very close to Victoria Station. Small rooms, but that's also common in London, especially in this price range I've been here before, but the breakfast "area" is still not something I get use to. The "breakfast area" is in the lobby, and very very small. No privacy at all. But just take a quick breakfast (limited choose) , and get outside. Nice breakfast/coffee places close by, for better breakfast.

Close to lots of attractions in London, comfortable, clean and good sized rooms. The continental breakfast selection was very good. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family. The plumbing was rather noisy.

The hotel was small yet functional. The location was excellent being only a 5 minute walk from Victoria station. The room was adequate and overall, as London prices go, it was probably reasonable value for money. Reception staff could try harder to be friendly and more helpful. I had requested soya milk for breakfast through Booking.com but the hotel didn't have it when I arrived. In the end they did manage to get it in but charged me for it on check-out. I felt this was poor service. Breakfast was very basic - coffee from a machine.
