Astors Hotel - 4* Guest Accommodation

Si tratta di un Hotel di livello medio (non 4 stelle come lo intendiamo noi in Italia) non rumoroso e adatto a visitare la Città

Troppo impersonale

La cortesia del personale, il quartiere in cui è situato che è ben curato e tranquillo. Buona la colazione, magari se ci fossero stati anche cibi salati sarebbe stato meglio. Aria condizionata.

la moquette nelle stanze perchè non la trovo igienica. La camera era al terzo piano senza ascensore, l'altezza della stanza era alto forse 2 metri e si soffocava. Mancava un frigo bar. Asciugamani puliti, ma vecchi.

Ottima pulizia della camera, personale molto gentile e disponible, zona centralissima e molto vicino alla metropolitana di Victoria Station.

Colazione un po' carente sia nel cibo che nello spazio per consumarla, stanze di modeste dimensioni per il prezzo che propoe l'hotel.

Posizione centrale a due passi da Victoria Station e da fermata Bus per i vari aeroporti. Zona molto bella (vicino Buckingham Palace). La camera è molto piccola come anche il letto, ma credo sia allineato alla media londinese. Camera confortevole con e pulita, bagno comodo. Prezzo un pò alto in rapporto alla struttura (da fuori sembra un normale appartamento). Manca ascensore.

The postion of the hotel is perfect for touring London and access to Victoria Station.

Well positioned to 'do' London. Walking distance to Battersea Power station for events, Buckingham Palace and the London Eye for sight seeing, Belgravia for people watching and Victoria station for easy access elsewhere.

Tiny breakfast area with sub standard food offering for a "4 Star" Hotel.

the room was nice but cramped.

Never got breakfast as there wasn't enough tables, too cramped. Staff not very accessible. We were stuck in a basement room and it was dingy and dark. The stairs were steep as we are getting on a bit in years.

The hotel was well located near Victoria coach and train services. Elizabeth St interesting. Ebury Restaurant across road quite good value tho surly staff. All clean apart from the left luggage room.

Bedroom very very small. Up 4 flights (at least!) and no lift - no offer of help to carry bags. No plug in sink. No proper dining room - cramped breakfast space. No fresh fruit at breakfast. No lounge. I left 2 items of clothing behind - I rang about them but after 3 days still no response.

The rooms are tiny, as is the room where breakfast is served. It's difficult for two people to pass one another in both cases. Regarding the room, however, the space is nicely designed so that every amenity except a fridge is available in the room itself. (a fridge IS available in the hallway, btw) the hotel is very conveniently located.

if you know what to expect, i think it is an adequate choice.
