Lobby and inner courtyard was lovely. Location is excellent.
Our room was kind of shabby. The bathroom was updated, however. They also loaded the wrong luggage into our cab which cost us time and money.
great location, clean, pleasant and professional staff
walls are paper-thin--heard conversations in next-door room, malfunctioning elevator, towel warmer gave off bad smell, restaurant was way too expensive
location, location, location staff very friendly and efficient great food
construction under way right in front of our window, the noise was terrible. Good thing we were on and about during the day. Couldn't get a room with a shower for my mom who is unable to step into a bathtub. And her room was rather small for a two person room at the price we paid for.
We loved the location, the gorgeous courtyard, the feeling of being surrounded by a quiet hamlet, the huge room, our veranda overlooking the courtyard. The conceirge services were wonderful. We especially loved Leo.
Location, helpful staff
Next time we are in London, we will stay there again. From that hotel we were able to walk all over London . Great location
The Executive King room we had, although a smoking room, was very nicely appointed with a great view if the courtyard. We certainly would request one of these rooms again.
The Classic double room we first had, was not worth the money. It was very small, had not been redecorated, and the view was horrible.
The staff were excellent in reception and in the bar. Bar snacks excellent and cocktails well made. The room was clean, comfortable and really pleasant. We have recommended the hotel to other people and would definitely stay again. Many thanks to the staff.
We had to wait half an hour for the car to be brought from the car park and had not been told it would take so long when we asked for the valet service.
The nice staff , the location and excellent breakfast.
We, as a family, stayed two nights as part of a celebration and were very impressed by the ambience of the hotel. We were made to feel welcome right from the start and must compliment the staff we dealt with on their high quality of service.
The fact that we had to return home on our third day, having experienced a most enjoyable stay.
Great location very nice and clean great size room friendly and professional staff
Extreme Train noise
The hotel was an excellent 4 star hotel situated ideally for visiting some of London's top tourist attractions.
You do become aware of the tube running below the hotel, a rumbling, this does stop at midnight and starts in the morning about 6 am.
Bistro service exceptional after a long day of touring. Beautifully served breakfast which was reasonably priced. Perfect location for touring London.
Location room and coutyArd
Some noise from building site but only in day. TV menu a pain.
Staff Cleanliness Location
A little noise by the train line
Very friendly staff and great location very close to Buckingham palace with lots of activities on display.
Nothing I didn't like about the hotel.
Polite and courteous staff who made sure I got everything I required. Clean and comfortable rooms
pleasant and polite staff, responsive to questions and requests. hassle free experience
The staff were extraordinary. The helped us with the needs of our baby and in finding a good, quiet room.
Some of the rooms have not been remodeled. Some of the rooms have noise from the Underground.
doormen, concierge, and reception service The lobby bar and two restaurants we utilised Overall feeling of comfort & quality
constant rumbling in our room from the lifts
The location near Buckingham Palace, St James, Westminster was excellent. The hotel was of superb quality, with all guests made to feel special and welcome.
Location and service.
Room could have been bigger
The service was superb and facilities were very clean and decent.
Thin walld mean you can hear the people around you. Also i always expect the look and features of room in a hotek such as this to be impressive. It was nice. Just not impressive.
The staff was friendly and efficient. We were made to feel very welcome. The social hour we were invited to was great and we had interesting conversation with people from many different countries.
We had to request face cloths. Do they not use them in England? Also, we would have liked to have had a top sheet in addition to the duvet.
